Birth
Back during massive hollow attacks, well before the events that take place in Bleach, Humans in North America discovered they held powers. Sooner or later one of these humans grew enough allies against the hollow menace to create an organization located in New York City. Since they first founded 200 years ago, The Coalition against Spiritual Interferance has grew to amazing heights and technology. Their goal is the extermination of every Evil Spiritual Being. And they prefer to stay away from the good ones as well, but many exceptions are in place.
Mission
To Protect the World of the Living from the menace known as Hollow, as well as any other evil spiritual being.
General Instrument to help with this Mission
Ark: Their world transportation system should they feel the need to raid Hueco Mundo, or the Gotei 13. Or come to the aid of the Gotei 13. Also developed by the Chief of Research and Developement.
TERC: This allows the Coalition to monitor the world's spiritual activity. It can even detect bounto, since it was created by a bounto specifically to detect ALL spiritual beings. However, if they are actively hiding their power or disguising it, it will not detect them. Also, with the advent of Serion being discovered, with the help of Serena and Kaytlyn, Alex has modified it to detect Serion power cores. Any other robots can be detected and confirmed to be Serion or not Serion, but ONLY if very, very, very, very specific coordinates are stated. As most manmade robits are essentially giant batteries and can be indistinguishable from generators, etc..
Defense Turrets: Only equiped in New York City, there are three types. General purpose turrets, which fires bala strength bullets, Sniper Turrets, which fire out cero power and highly penetrating beams, and Missile Turrets, which fire missiles equal to a Gran Rey Cero.
Reverse Engineered Reiatsu Shield (RERS): Reverse engineered from Serions, with the help of Kaytlyn and Serena, this shield allows Coalition members to invade Asenda Prime and still utilize their powers and abilities.
