The Vizard are the antithesis to the Arrancar as Shinigami who have obtained Hollow powers. Having begun as Shinigami, the Vizard appear entirely Human and bar those times where they are using their powers are indistinguishable from ordinary Shinigami. To gain access to their Hollow powers, a Visored dons a Hollow mask. This allows them to augment their Shinigami abilities with Hollow powers, as well as giving them access to some of the more generic Hollow abilities. Their spiritual pressure likewise changes into a mix of Hollow and Shinigami. This process of donning one's Hollow mask is referred to as Hollowfication. Visored have been shown to be former captain and lieutenant Shinigami. They are considered criminals by the Soul Society for committing the ultimate taboo of acquiring Hollow powers; their status as former leaders of Soul Society also marks them as traitors. Though Vizard have, in more recent times, been seen outside of Soul Society's ranks. Rare choice cases even deem that being born with this condition is possible.

I suppose I'll go ahead and sign up with Rai. But he might change to the Committee depending on events. Raiden Arashi, 1-1, "Storm of Destruction". Rena did say she could move Kaze to Death. If she won't, than I guess Death with the same title I suppose.

Kanashi is denied... reason being that Zer needs a lieutenant that is capable of handling the Kishii on his/her own if Zer is (for some reason) missing at that moment (such as leading the troops into battle while Zer is in a coma [IDK if that will happen])...
