The Meeting of Leaders (Private)

Parius sat in his meeting room, already somewhat nervous for the upcoming events. It is time for me to announce myself to the world, it seems. He thought, summoning two of his summons, both of which were samurai looking. Placing his hand upon each of them, he spoke quickly. "I have given you the means to find both the Captain Commander, and the coalition Leader. Find them, and play them the message I have given you. It will also act as a catalyst to bring you back here. Now, go. Quickly! Time is of the essence!" Both of the summons disappeared. Parius slumped back into his chair, realizing how much energy he used just then. "Now, let us see if these two will actually show up."

Each of the summons appeared at the right locations. each went into the main office of the leader they were supposed to see. And each played their message. A slightly holographic vision of Parius would appear in front of the summons. "To the leader of the Coalition, or the Captain Commander, depending on which of these summons goes where. I wish to meet with the both of you. It is incredibly important, and it must be right now. I have no more time to wait around for this. So please, accept my request. Quickly." If both of them decided to, the summons would hold out their hands, letting the leaders put theirs in the summons, before being transported to the meeting room. And there Parius sat. His eyes burning with serious thought.

Jun had escorted a messenger to Kai's new office. He had been updating the database about that android in Washington DC. He listened to the tape. He had seen and read about the man in the message in Rin's notes. He accepted. At the very least, he'll see what happens with the two of them. He took the hand.

And was immediately teleported. He looked at the man he knew as Parius. "My name is Kai Allard-Laio. Leader of the Coalition. It's a pleasure meeting you." He bowed politely. Kai was five feet, eight inches tall, had silver hair, and red eyes. He wore a standard business suit...well, minus the jacket. Plus a ring on his left hand's middle finger and an ear ring in his right ear. Reiatsu suppressors. It was obvious he had a lot of it if you just feel him.

He sat down. "Quick question. Where is this place?" Mostly so he could return to the Coalition HQ. Of course, if this guy can teleport him there, it wouldn't have mattered where this place was.
