"Today... today holds promise..." Albatross whispered in the morning gloom as its pale eyelids lifted from their resting place, revealing the creature's bright emerald green eyes. Alba's body covered in heavy bed sheets as it slowly kicked the multicolored sheets off its body, revealing its human disguise. Turning its head to the side the digital clock next to the bed glowed in bright red lettering of five O'clock AM. With a grin Albatross sat up as it tossed the remaining sheets onto the floor, the creature's dull green pajama bottoms matching the green walls that comprised Albatross' hotel room. The monster having spent the night in a small suburban town in Florida.

Not bothering to flick the light switches on, Alba rummaged in the darkness of the room as it tossed the bed sheets back on the bed before going about its daily routine of cracking its joints. The faint popping of its knuckles, though faint, could be heard from outside its motel room where it had spent the night. It had been a long journey to travel to Florida from Chicago by foot, and Alba enjoyed every bit of the adventure as it remembered the forests it had traveled through, the cities it had visited, and especially the few selected souls it had devoured along the way. Licking its lips unconsciously, Alba grabbed its small rucksack as its pajama bottoms soon transformed and swirled around its body into an actual suit. A black tie falling down gently across Alba's new dress shirt as it put on its suit jacket.

"Where is it..." It mumbled to itself as the creature took out its various specimens in glass test tubes, while it continued to look inside its pack. Alba's half closed eyes lazily looking over its possessions before settling on the object it had been searching for. Taking out a small one foot rod and ball, the creature in human skin giggled to itself quietly as it placed in its mouth, swallowing it whole with its unnatural power. Grinning as it placed back the test tubes into the rucksack, Alba lifted the small bag across its back as it left the motel room, being sure not to make a single sound as it left. The monster's trait of detection activating as its scents and sounds disappeared entirely, its energy signatures vanishing off the face of the planet so to speak as it walked down the small concrete pathway of the motel before leaving the area.

Albatross Prototype was in a happy mood to say the least in the early morning as it walked across the dead streets of the suburban town, its gelled back brown hair staying still despite the wind coming from the opposite direction. Alba's black suit contrasting nicely against its pale white skin as its sharp pointed nose almost pierced the air, its wry thin lips in a small smirk.

And then an explosion filled the air. Multiple in fact. A man was floating in midair, with a mask on his face. he had long, two toned hair, black on the bottom, white on top. He had red eyes, which were hard to see through the mask. He was wearing a white, sipped up sweatshirt, a black jacket, and a brown cloak, reaching to his feet. He had black pants and black boots. Maniacal laughter echoed through the air, and smoke, as what was left of buildings started to burn. Pariah Ayashiryu was not in control of his body, at the moment. Instead, letting his Hollow take the lead. However, Pariah could take back control anytime he wanted.

For now, at least, the Hollow was having a blast, literally. He charged another White-colored Cero, and fired it at another building. He was having so much fun! It had been a while since the Hollow had been in charge of the body, and it was relishing every moment. This had all started when a man on his way to work couldn't answer Pariah's question. Going into hollow mode, he blasted the car, and the building right next to it to smithereens. He had destroyed three more houses after that. The Hollow stopped for a moment, inhaling the air of chaos it had created.

Listening to the explosions and the crackling of fire licking at the air, Albatross merely cracked its neck in exasperation as it turned around in, its sphere of influence sending the monster in human skin the information it needed. Straightening its black jacket, Alba flexed out the creases it noticed before taking a step backwards. Slowly, Albatross moved in the direction of the explosion as the searing flames became apparent in the distance, the fire waking up the otherwise quiet town. "Oh joy." Were all the words Alba spoke as it moved at its own pace towards the fire, the loud yelling and laughing becoming clearer and clearer the closer it approached the area.

Sirens could be heard now as the firefighters of the suburban town came to life, their massive trucks of red metal roaring down the roads coming towards the direction of the disturbance. Smiling, Alba's wry thin lips moving apart to reveal its shimmering white teeth as the five foot creature saw a larger burst of cero powered energy smash into another building which soon began to catch on fire and collapse in on itself. The destruction was oh so pretty to the gamble which watched the mayhem ensue. The structure of the buildings beginning to wane as they crumbled down slowly, bricks and bits of glass shards falling down into the streets.

Raising its green eyes into the sky where the masked figure stood, Albatross' grin widened even more so than usual as it disappeared from the ground without a trace, using its equivalent form of shunpo. With intense speed the monster appeared twenty feet behind the one known as Pariah, though Albatross did not yet know his name. Taking in the man's energy Albatross figured out with relative ease that he was a vizard of some sort.

Listening to the man's maniacal laugh the gamble soon joined in expectantly in the laughter. Albatross' own deep and almost scaly voice laughing in a mocking tone, as it also clapped its hands in sarcasm. "Bravo! Bravo..." Albatross spoke in condescension, its bright green eyes looking over the man before it. Alba's eyes missing nothing at all as it gathered the vizard's relative strength with ease. "For one such as yourself you must be, oh, so proud of breaking the pathetic buildings of these mere ants, also known as humans."

Alba adjusted its tie to be more loose as it took two steps closer to the stranger who had fired the energy blasts. Taking an elegant bow, Alba's smile never disappeared, not even for a moment, as it stood up straight once again. The sirens of firetrucks and police coming closer to the area of the wreckage. Listening to those sounds, Alba felt enlightened as it relaxed its form, its shoulders dropping slightly.

The Hollow whipped around at the sound of clapping, a snarl emerging from it's mouth. Until the mask broke. The crazed eyes went away, now they had a semblance of intelligence, and seriousness. Looking at the man in the suit, Pariah wasn't seemingly impressed. "We all used to be those ants, you know." He said, crossing his arms. "That doesn't mean I don't find them to be easily breakable, however." Pariah rested his hand on his Zanpakuto, in case this being decided to attack. Looking back at the carnage his Hollow had wrought, Pariah was seemingly dissapointed.

"How little they know. However, perhaps you could answer a question for me. It's all up to you on whether or not you want to." He looked back at Albatross, though he didn't know the beings name, and kept all of his attention on him. "I am looking for a certain group of people. A Clan, in fact. Do you know of anyone who could get me information on the Chitose family?" Pariah then fell silent, feling the tug of his Hollow wanting to destroy the firetrucks that had just showed up. He quickly stomped on that idea, and his Hollow went silent.

"Speak for yourself." Albatross retorted with pride, the soul collector cracking its knuckles one by one as it chuckled darkly. "Lest I come from ants I would have nothing but shame, no we do not all come from such origins, thank you." Eyeing Pariah's hand movement to what appeared to be his zanpakuto, Alba couldn't help but laugh again, its voice becoming less sarcastic. "You know there are better ways to go about these plans of destruction, hm?" Looking down Alba saw the firetrucks arrive as they started to put out the fire the humans swarming below too enthralled with the fire and carnage to notice the two beings in the air above them just yet.

Though the man's question piqued the gamble's interest as it fixed its shirt sleeve, dusting off some of the ash that landed on its nice prim suit. "A clan you say? Perhaps I know, perhaps I don't. If you want information on those you call the Chitose family, which I do believe some of them are rather... oh how to put it..." Pausing Albatross bit its lips before replying again. "Ah yes, what you might refer to as the word good."

"In order for you to receive anything from me you must be worthy, why should I even let you live? As far as information goes you're already at a disadvantage I'm sure. But, since I am a benevolent creature, I will help you along your journey to knowledge. I am known as Prototype, Albatross Prototype. I'm sure you've at least heard of my from the news every now and again, I know Karakura newscasters had quite a field day when they were attacked oh so long ago." Grinning Albatross bowed again as its light brown hair move slightly from a breeze of humid air running past the two. "I will admit I am a being of many connections, but all I give out comes at a price of new information. I am what humans call an information broker."

Turning its sights to a few stragglers who now just joined the fiasco on the ground, Alba turned its gaze back at Pariah, the monster's bright green eyes staring directly at the man's face without a single hint of fear or any form of anger, after all violence did not matter to Albatross in the end. "Here's a hint, how about a name. Vizard."

Pariah merely shrugged. "I did not plan this. My Hollow did. Though, I guess I allowed it to have control of my body. It might be partially my fault. However, what destruction I cause is of no concern to you, right?" His Hollow started to laugh inside his mind, but Pariah soon snuffed that out, as the Hollow walked away, whimpering in pain. Pariah snorted. "Information broker? And no, I do not know who you are. The human news holds no meaning to me. However...."

Pariah placed his hand on his chin. "There might be something I can give you. Something I do not give easily. I will only give you this if you prove worthy enough, though. The information on the Chitose is precious to me, but I will not be sold short. As an information broker, I'm sure you understand this." Pariah then cracked his knuckles. "If you can prove yourself worthy, I will give you my loyalty, and follow any orders you give, no matter how depraved they are. Or, if you so wish, I will follow the orders of your superior, if you have one." Pariah crossed his arms, awaiting Albatross's answer.

"HA!" Albatross cried out loud at Pariah's words, the whole conversation proving amusing for the aged being. "Your destruction holds no moral standing for me to act in its defense, but your actions do grant me the permission I need to put your ego down a peg, hm... actually how about two pegs." Alba laughed as it raised two fingers before dropping its hand to its side. The prospect of a new member for Regno Nero was interesting enough to gain the vizard's loyalty, but Albatross felt rather bored. It wondered what exactly the stranger had in mind to prove its worth, Alba figured it was a fight, which no doubt the creature had the utmost confidence in winning.

Licking its dry lips Albatross Prototype moved graciously with every step in the air. "So be it, you want to be shown my inherent worth? Then choose a course of action fitting for this proof which you so desire..." Alba spoke as it stretched its arms nonchalantly. It was not afraid of the vizard, nor was it even concerned with the fact of fighting someone who could use cero. "Just be sure not to die on me when you swear your loyalty to me, KE HE HE!"

Pariah watched the being, almost taunting him. He had lived enough years to know when to fight, and when not to. The fact that Albatross was cocky was to be expected. But, he also moved so casually. Never a good sign. Pariah merely smiled. "I have the perfect plan in mind." Pariah looked down at the people scrambling to make the flames go away.

He smiled cruelly, letting his true colors shine through for a second, before going back to his normal serious disposition. "If you can tell me who says this very famous death poem, for it is quite important in Japanese history." It seemed an easy task, and to be honest, Pariah had gotten quite bored of travelling alone. He coughed, before saying, "Though my body may decay on the island of Ezo, My spirit guards my lord in the east." Pariah looked at Alba. "There it is. You have 30 minutes to answer. Good luck."

"Hijikata Toshizō" Albatross replied flatly as it took a sudden interest in its fingernails, seeing as they needed to be trimmed. Not even lifting its eyes Alba spoke directly to Pariah as it scraped away a few bits of dirt flecks that were under its finger nails. "Too easy, I'm afraid. I do hope that wasn't the only test, but then again I do not feel like killing a person such as yourself today. My hands are already dirty and adding blood red onto my suit would make me look rather odd, wouldn't you agree?" It laughed as it let its fingernails start to shrink back slightly, using its perfect control over its own body.

Looking up Albatross looked Pariah over one more time before watching the firefighters enter the burning remnants of the buildings. "Well then vizard, since you are a rather talkative one I'll give you the remaining twenty-nine minutes to answer my question, well perhaps it is more of a riddle per say. Heh." Taking a breath as a slight breeze flowed on by again the Gamble thought for a moment on what question it should pose. And as if a light bulb had gone off over Albatross' pretty little head, it clasped its hands together in excitement. "Feed it and it will live, but give it a drink and it will die."

"Sounds fun right, a bit elementary I may agree, but fun nonetheless? The time is a ticking mister vizard."

Pariah smiled at Alba's quick response to his question. "As I expected. That was more to see if you were as intelligent as you sound." Pariah simply stood there as the firetrucks had finally managed to put the fire out. Looking down, Pariah heard what Alba was saying, even if it didn't look like it at the moment. "A riddle? I didn't realize we were taken into a children's book." Pariah said, putting his attention back onto the suited man. Pariah chuckled at the riddle. "Oh, you have no idea."

Pariah drew his blade, before saying, "Time to slay, Ayashiryu." The blade changed shape, becoming scimitar-like, and black. The pommel had a dragon's head, and the hilt had a piece of metal going alongside the blade. Pariah created white flames. "The answer is fire, of course." Pariah put out his flames, and sheathed his blade, disengaging Shikai in the process. Pariah than thought on it for a second. "What exactly would I be joining, if I came with you? This will be my last question. If you peak my interest enough, I will go with you." Pariah awaited the answer, eagerly.

Holding in its laughter Albatross had its hands clasped around its mouth as it tried not to laugh directly at the vizard's face. "He thinks he can just waltz right into this organization?" Albatross thought to itself between its fits of breathing and laughter. Even for a monster such as Alba it still had a sense of humor, albeit an odd one. Now speaking in between its gasps for air the Gamble spoke with its meaning clearly, being blunt and to the point. "What strength would you even benefit the organization? You say you test me for my worthiness, and yet you've ignored some of my questions in the beginning." With a pause Albatross regained its full composure as it wiped away a small bit of drool that had leaked from its mouth. "As far as the organization is concerned I am one of the kinder, so I will not take these transgressions as aggressiveness."

Alba's eyes seemed to freeze on Pariah's line of sight, the Gamble looking at the man dead in the eyes, or at least trying to if the vizard decided to look away. "Since I am so benevelonet today I will tell you two things about the group." Holding up its hands and showing one finger on each hand, Alba continued "In exchange I want two pieces of information as well, your name and your purpose, or as some humans say your ambition in mind." Taking a deep breath Albatross' stare grew cold, dark even as its next words were fully meant, Alba did not like mucking about when it came to information, especially when the information was important to the safety of Regno Nero and itself. "If you fail to give me your name you will find my kindness fleeting."

With that threat spoken the High Chancellor of Regno Nero cracked its neck as its eyes never left Pariah. "One! This organization is a secret, and while the boss doesn't care if we all follow are own paths in life he does demand that we follow him when the time comes. In exchange for helping the boss' ambition he in turn helps us in our own. Two! This organization is not for the weak of heart, if you cannot stomach the violence which ensues this is not the place for you." Grinning, Alba sat down in the air with its legs crossed and arms folded. "Yes, if you want to know more than that you will have to give me what I seek."

Pariah listened intently as Albatross spoke. Smiling, Pariah nodded at the information. "Had you asked me this from the beginning, I would've gladly told you my ambition. My name.... Truly means nothing to me, but if you want it, I shall give it." Pariah kept his gaze locked to Alba's. And he never looked away as Alba explained two things about this organization. Nodding, and thinking for second, Pariah finally spoke. "It seems like my kind of place."

Finally looking back down at the now debunked fires, Pariah looked back, a curious look on his face. "And do you honestly think that I can't stomach violence?" He then sighed. "My name is Pariah Ayashiryu. My ambition....is to crush all of my enemies underneath my bot, and hang their heads on spikes to warn anyone who would try and kill me, to not do that simple idea." He then spread his arms. "But, most of all, I want to make my families no dead name mean something again. And I will kill, or horribly maim anyone who stands in my way." Settling down, Pariah put another small smile on his face. "It seems to me that your organization can help me do just that. Consider me an ally now."

"Well then Pariah you have yourself an offer to join the organization, Regno Nero ruled by Emperor Chat. Do not fail in your endeavor nor your new ambition that must be combined with your own. This organization is now apart of you, keep it safe and in turn it will reward you." Albatross spoke coldly as it looked at its watch that was hidden underneath its shirt sleeve. "Ah, plenty of minutes to spare, good... since you are formerly invited you should be able to fit in fairly well with the others, at least for now. However a word of caution, do not cross us. Unlike the Coalition and the Gotei Thirteen, Regno Nero is not obliged to keep you alive as a prisoner or grant you any form of humanitarian rights as humans try to commit themselves to." The monster spoke as it straightened its back.

"The last order of business is to give you the coordinates of your new base of operations. I will not divulge them out here in the open, but if you come with me I'm sure you'll find me quite kind in even opening a portal for you... Ke-he-he." With that spoken, Albatross uncrossed its legs as it stood up from its sitting position, gesturing away from the little bit of chaos that was still underneath the two beings, though the situation had calmed down several policemen stayed behind to take in the general reports of the whole fiasco. If Pariah was willing to follow Albatross would lead the vizard to a more secluded part of town, a park half a mile away where nobody was within distance to spy.

From there Albatross would then open one of its special portals, that it used to move about the dimensions with ease to bring Pariah to Atlantis, home of Regno Nero.

Pariah simply nodded at the man. "I will try my utmost. Even if I am a psychopath, I do have standards." Pariah laughed at that. "I wouldn't expect any of you to try and rescue me. I certainly wouldn't try and rescue you. No offense." Pariah said, a smile still playing on his face. He nodded to the man when he said about not divulging information. "Wouldn't want the fire department to overhear us."

He moved after Alba started moving, and they stopped at a park. "Well, I believe this is where you open that portal you were talking about." Pariah said, the smile disappearing, replaced with calm look of seriousness that Pariah had at the beginning of this talk. Walking through it, Pariah whistled at the place. Looking at Alba, allowing a small smile to be on his face, he merely said, "I think i'm going to like this place. Very much."
