| The Maggot's Nest. The place where questionable mindsets and criminals are held. Beyond that lay a narrow corridor that led to a cell. In that cell was a five foot ten young man with light brown hair and light brown eyes. Though you couldn't tell with the stocking hat and baseball hat on. His arms were in cuffs, the old wooden kind. He was lazily sprawled sideways, where his body was on the lone bench, his feet touching the wall and his back touching the other one. This man was a former captain, until Central 46 got pissed off because of a prank. Then again, they were the victims.
But that also showed his opinion of them. Rigid old fools that don't know how to adapt. Akihiki Iyou, Aki for short, was living out a five hundred year sentence for dumping crap on every Central 46 member. That ought to be a good way to tell someone they're full of shit. Then again, they were covered in it. But he's been bored since he was put in here. He barely managed to get the hats. The walls had scratches on them, of tic tac toe. He hadn't gotten a single visitor. Aki didn't know whether to be depressed or hate the Squad 2 captain. Ah, oh well. No need getting bunched up for following rules.
However, he did feel someone coming. And it seemed they brought some familiar friends that he had to part with upon his admission here. Without looking, when he heard the footsteps stop, he had to comment. "You know, this place could use a toilet and some better food. Not to mention better insulation or provide me with a blanket..." He sneezed, fighting off a cold for about a hundred years has not been fun. "But then again, if you brought my friends over...you're not here to listen to complaints. So who are you and why bring them?" The man still kept his hat shadowing his eyes, awaiting their answer as he turned his head to look at him/them.

| "Well this isn't exactly the Taj Mahal, Iyou," Hironori says, standing in front of the cell in his haori. Hironori had come down to the Maggot's Nest, directly from the CC's meeting. Riku was correct about this new Captain-Commander; he made Yamamoto look like a benevolent kami. Then again, Yamamoto's strength was practically that of a god to begin with.
"Iyou, Akihiki," Hironori says, tossing in a bottle of cold medicine, similar to human cold medicine. "This should help with the congestion you've been dealing with. Anyway, I'm here right now to tell you something, something that you already know but chose to neglect in favour of beautifully staging the best dokkiri (prank, in Japanese) I've ever laid eyes on, in photographs anyway." Hironori lifts a clipboard and begins to read over it. "By the RELUCTANT order of the Central 46, in favour of increasing the strength of the Gotei 13 court squads, Akihiki Iyou is to be released on a strict probation and under the custody of the 2nd Division captain, Hironori Kaneko, where the convicted shall take the honorary title of Captain until that time he has fulfilled his obligations as a convicted felon or if he breaks the conditions of his probation, at which time a seal that will be placed on the felon by Hironori Kaneko, with permission of the Central 46 and guidance of the Kido Corps, will activate and restrict the use of all but the energy necessary for life, which will be spent in the Maggot's Nest until the felon's original sentence shall come to term."
Hironori tosses the clipboard between the bars to Akihiki, for him to read himself. He then looks over his shoulders to the members of the Kido Corps backing him, signalling for them to stand off to the side and wait for the signal to come back. "Luckily for you," he says, taking off his hood and looking at Akihiki, "I do make some house calls. Of course, all those conditions are up to you. Either you agree and take a seat as a captain under my supervision, regardless of your true strength, or you refuse and remain here where I'm sure the dankest of pits will befit someone passing up one of the best opportunities in their lives." Hiro crosses his arms over his chest and watches Aki. "Never has the smell of success been so rotten. It made Aizen's takeover look like a farce."

| Akihiko caught the bottle and smiled. He had a weak immune system, so he got sick very easily. "Thanks." He took two pills and swallowed them down without water. This man then explained his reason, and Aki had to smile. He was quite proud of it. This new captain of Squad 2 handed the clipboard for him to read personally, and Aki gave him the pills back. Upon reading it, his grin widened, even more so after hearing what Captain Hironori said. "That bad, huh? Give me the actual list of rules that I must follow and then get me out of here. I want sun and warmth! Wait, what?"
Aki's head snapped up, showing his absolute surprise. Not much news travel down there, so this was new to him. "Aizen? As in Sosuke Aizen? Attempted takeover? Just what in the world went on since I've been incarcerated? Is Captain Commander Yamamoto still the Captain Commander? What is Soul Society's current state?" He was about sneeze again and faced the wall to do it. He then sat in the bench properly, wondering what in the world has been going on since he was jailed.

| Hironori tosses the bottle of medicine back in. "Those are yours to keep," he says. "Anyway, Aizen attempted to claim the King's Key by sacrificing the souls of all living in Karakura Town, and then he would become the Soul King through the assimilation and subjugation of the Hougyoku into his body, yadda yadda yadda, Kurosaki Ichigo, Aizen sealed away in here in the lowest dungeon possible after taking this black flaming attack thing." Hironori pulls a pen, a ball-point pen since it was a lot easier to carry than a brush and ink pot, and extends his hand, the pen just poking through the bars; he knew Akihiki was not going to do anything stupid. "You just have to sign the form and everything will be taken care of from there."
Hiro was never really down here. He would usually appoint a monthly inspector to make sure the prisoners were in line and behaving. Obviously nothing too much was done about the conditions. When you have a prison meant for the lowest of the low, even lower than exile to the Rukongai, conditions were never that much of a worry. He glances over at the Kido Corps soldiers. They were talking amongst themselves, about what was not in Hironori's interest in the least. He was more absorbed in the work he was currently involved with, which was the business of releasing a prankster back into the world. But which, in Hironori's opinion, would be the lesser of two evils: a political prisoner who pulled a childish prank or a child who has no respect for those working under him?
"If you understand the conditions, I will administer the seal, and anything you do will have to be regulated by me, to an extent. Obviously if you are ordered away on an errand of whatever importance, you will be able to do so. If you are ordered to the human world, the seal will only activate if you step past your bounds. In a way, you'll be a Fraccion as opposed to my Espada, but with enough self-control to do as much as you're told to do for the greatest good; I'm fair enough to let go of the leash and let you roam the dog park for a while. Just remember that I will be culpable if you do something stupid; we might both end up here, but for me it would be a much lighter sentence."

| Aki caught the pills. Unfortunately, he had no where to stick them in that white traditional kimono like clothes. So he stuck them underneath his stocking hat as this new captain of Squad 2 began to update him. Somewhat. Looks like he had a lot of catching up to do. He took the pen and signed where he needed to. Handing the pen and clipboard back through the bars. The young captain continued. Aki had to look at him skeptically. "You shouldn't be punished for something I do. Only I should be responsible for what I do, not anyone else. You shouldn't need to have to cover your own butt if I do something wrong. A bunch of repetition in what I just said, but I feel like that needs to be said multiple times. I understand the need to keep me under survalence for the rest of my term. Now, it seems I have a lot of work to do, so if you don't mind, have them kido specialists do their seal that will track every move I make, release me, and everthing else. First thing we do once you get me back to the surface is to get Raikou-Faia back to me. I'm sure they're worried about me."
His zanpakutou...twin katana. And his partners in crime for the most part. In addition to updating himself in current events, he also needed to know what Squad he'll be taking control over, if he had a vice-captain...maybe a sparring match to get back into shape...or three of them. Aki just waited for the Kido team to do their thing and let him out, so that he can maybe start.
(OOC: This was only meant to be a short thread. Unless you'd like to finish it, James, I'd say this would be the End Thread)
