A gentle breeze blew through the air causing the red headed fox to close the window, winter was here and so were the holidays. Sitting down at his captain’s desk, he continued to fiddle with a wrapped up gift; it was a lovely wrapping all done with a big red ribbon. Kurama felt somewhat depressed for he never had gotten a chance to finish speaking with his friend, but yet maybe he didn’t want to know. Bowing his head a bit he slightly pushed a few strands of his long red hair back, it was quite bothersome and so he decided that it would do well to put it up in a ponytail.
He meant to push the whole thing back, but a few strands of hair still managed to stick out. With a heavy sigh the fox turned his attention back to his little gift; he had a few gifts that he had picked out for each and every one of his friends yet the one in front of him was for his captain. Having a secrete crush on him, he slightly felt uneasy for he wanted to make sure he picked out something he would like. Captain Tomoshibi may have had the appearance of a child, but he was no child; he was very intelligent and loved children, he was also very interested in cooking which made him very unique.
The red heads ears suddenly twitched back and forth as someone was approaching the office; feeling a bit excited the fox instantly hid the gift beneath the desk so that whomever may enter would not be able to see it. The fox then moved towards the couch and sat down casually as he slipped a book out from under one of the cushions; it was one of his favorite hiding places to store his books, reading was one of his bad habits alongside a few others such as stalking his captain.
Kurama wasn’t reading for the fun of it however, he was just doing so in attempt to cover what he was doing earlier; he would have been doing paper work, but luckily that was the first thing he covered before wrapping up his little gifts. As the door opened Kurama looked up and smiled as his long fluffy tail wrapped around his body.
