| Sesshomaru sat there, and listened to all of there stories, and needs. He closed his eyes, before speaking. "I do not remember my past lift life, of how I was brought here." It was a lie, of course. But, he did not know how many of them, would be comfortable with demon in their ranks. He stayed silent, for the Vizard argument, before adding his voice to it. "First, I would like to state that both sides have a point. An alliance with the Vizard would be beneficial. However, it would mean toppling something, that has been in affect for a long time."
He looked at the Captain Commander. "I would also like permission, to hold a training session for my Squad. Most of them do not know how to fight, and I would like to rectify this." He then went back to staying silent. Sesshomaru had said, what he was going to say. And, if he needed to speak again, he would do just that. But, for now, silence seemed the best route.

| (Sorry for skipping ya Omni I had to keep the meeting going.)
Akira listening to the convocation lowered his head and began to rub his head. “First Captain Sesshomaru, it’s your Division, it’s your job to get it in order. Second, the question of alliances, our duty first and for most is to protect the world of the living and the interests of the Soul Society, and at this moment we are not even sure what intentions the two groups in question have planned in the foreseeable future.”
Akira then looked up to the group of Captains with a questionable scowl. “Also have you all forgotten, the acquiring of Hollow power is still against the law of the Soul Society. I see no reason for an alliance with either group so this matter shall no longer be discussed.” Akira then stood from his chair and leaned forward placing both hands against the table. “I have no problem with you all being acquainted with individuals in either group, hell I kind of support it, but, I need to know my Captains will be able to strike down whoever and whatever stands against us as a group, even if it is there friends.”After giving his speech Akira slowly sat back down in his seat and awaited the Captains responses.

| "I doubt that you will have to concern yourself with us not being capable to end the existence of enemies," Hironori says, saying his first words of the entire meeting. "Whether we have to kill a Vizard, a Hollow, an Arrancar, or these new Sinner people... if you can call them people." He leans forward against the table, folding his hands. "Personally, no offence to the obviously qualified men... and boy... here, friendship is not a necessity, but rather a formality. I can sense from Riku a slight enmity. I don't particularly like Anonymous. In either case, I barely know anyone else. Besides, I believe, in my line of work, anonymity is the order of the day. How many of you can be sure it is really me, or just one of the 2nd Division posing as me with an elaborate speaker? The only one who knows it's me is me."
Of course, it was the true Hironori at the meeting. The subterfuge in sending another would certainly cause great distrust in him and in the 2nd Division. However, he was right to ask the question regarding whether or not the council knew if it was truly him or not. There have been a few instances where he himself, using a gigai specially modified to suppress his reiatsu output that could also be used within the Soul Society, has given messages on behalf of the 2nd Division with no one being the wiser. "I will not avoid the prospect of friendship, but neither shall I endorse it. The only ties I have that connect us are through the respect I hold for each of you, because obviously you all qualified to take over as captains. Other than that, I shall keep my peace and keep to the perfectionism that I hold over my troupe. Hope I haven't spoken too far out of turn."
And with that, Hironori returns to his silent vigil of the council: watching, listening, studying. He wasn't much for being with people, but he knew how to hold his own. Whether or not they would take insult in his words was for the listener to decide. It didn't matter to him. If someone suddenly jumped from his chair to test the theory Hironori proposed, of course a regular soldier would be cut down, but Hironori would be strong enough and fast enough to counter the blow. Then again, would any of these captains resort to attempted murder?

| Katsu's ears perk up as a sound echoes outside of his headphones. "Why do I get the feeling that I'm gonna be in trouble." He stands up from his position and closes the book in front of him. With a brief sigh he realizes what must be happening. He can feel the reiatsu of most the captain all gathered together by the captain commander. "Shit"
Katsu begins to run toward the reiatsu, theres no reason to suppress his own, hes sure his absence has been noted by now. As he approaches he can hear their voices, many of these people he has never met before. Their tones seem rather stern and he gets a sinking feeling in his stomach.
He opens the door and walks in. He quietly goes to his spot, giving a slight head nod to any captain that looks his way. He turns to the captain commander and whisper so as to not interrupt the other discussions, "Pardon my lateness Captain, surely you must know what its like to get caught up in a good song" he says as he taps the headphones now stowed in his haori.

| (OOC: Childish much? That's not particularly CC behavior...oh, I'm also not counting Solis because he isn't here. At all.)
He listened to the happenings. Most of them seemed to agree with the alliances. Except Obsidian Takego. And the CC put a lid on it. He simply stared and frowned at the Captain-Commander, not even looking at the Squad 2 captain, who had finally spoken. Riku spoke directly to him, while still looking at the Head Captain with great disapproval. "Not at all, Captain Hironori. I do share some of your concerns, but will still allow for the benefit of the doubt. After all, as you said, there is a reason all of us are captains. My next words, however, will be..." His eye color visibly darkened to that of a Navy blue, indicating his current mood. The Captain-Commander was acting like a child, not even allowing him to say why he thinks the way he thinks. Just as he was about to speak, the doors flew open to reveal another captain. Riku turned to look at him only briefly, awaiting the Captain-Commander's response to Captain Matsumoto.
Then went in to scold some sense into his superior. "Seriously, Captain-Commander? How old are you? How childish can you get? You don't agree, that's fine, but at least ask why most of us are for it. Shooting down any kind of discussion like that without understanding the other's thoughts effectively reduces you down to a mere five year old's thinking. Listen to the reasoning before saying outright no. And before you start, I do do that with my own subordinates and give them more than just "because I said so." If the order calls for it, I will fight to the best of my ability, so don't question my loyalty. But keep the subject open and keep an open mind. Now, allow me to continue. One of our interests are to protect the World of the Living, like you said, Captain-Commander. Having an alliance with one group or the other or both would allow us to do exactly that much more effectively. Especially since the hollows now have a power base no thanks to Aizen. Also, while we're stronger than what we were a hundred years ago, we're still fairly weak. Two captain slots are still open, and nine Vice-Captain slots open. We're still weakened. Plus, the Shinigami Academy's enrollment numbers are at an all-time low, so the chances of filling them with gifted individuals are at their lowest. Having an alliance with one or both groups will ease off some of the pressure on us. If we can better coordinate our efforts, we can be so much more effective at protecting both Soul Society and the World of the Living.
As for the Vizard group, if they were seen in the same light as hollows, wouldn't there have been an order to wipe them out long ago? And kill rather than kick out the new ones? Sure, some of them might have some grudges, but that's what you need to talk with their leader for. Both the Vizard group and the Human's group. Meet the leaders, find out what their interests are. It's called being political. Ask them questions about their subordinates and answer their's about us. That's how you learn about their goals. If their goals coincide with one of ours, then surely something can be arranged. Anyone else have something to add?"
Riku isn't one to be intimidated. In fact, it's practically impossible to do so. Does he know when he's outmatched in a fight? Oh yeah. But he won't show fear. The second smallest captain kept a firm stand. He didn't even realize that he even stood. The blond looked around at his fellow captains, awaiting their own responses and rebuttles. He knew about the Shinigami Academy's enrollment because he made frequent trips there, to scout and volunteer some of his free time to teaching. This should be interesting, considering what he just both insulted the Captain-Commander and disobeyed him.

| Anz sat at the table his eye’s moving from face to face, it would seem things had become quite complicated. However, two comments stuck out in his mind the first a rather insulting remark from the second division commander, and the second an insubordinate remark for the leader of the ninth. Looking at Hironori, he couldn’t believe the arrogance coming from his mouth especially for one who was noted as being quite good at his job. Clearing his throat, he spoke in a polite but poignant manner first looking at Hironori then at Riku.
“First of all stepping away from the matter at hand, I’d like to approach the topic of a double raised by Captain Hironori, I’d ask for future endeavors you do not use a double as there is no deception I am sure a myriad of the captains in this group would not notice. For example, I myself would notice the shift in the topographical arrangement of your eye pigments that is as unique as a fingerprint. Also, if you have nothing to add to an argument I would ask that you refrain from commenting as the only thing you have said so far in this meeting besides that obvious example of over confidence, was an inflammatory statement which pushed towards neither sides of the argument but worked to ignite tempers and thus keep me longer from my work.
Turning to the subject at hand, Captain Tomoshibi I would remind you are speaking to Captain Commander and proper respect is due, He has ended this argument by stating a law that has been in place for hundreds of years longer then you have been alive. If you have an issue with this there are set procedures defined by the laws of soul society. Such processes have been set in place, to prevent degradation of captains meeting to the juvenile antics we are quickly approaching. However, I would also agree that an alliance is beneficial as such I will be putting together a formal petition to central 46 for an amendment to the clause that requires their banishment, all who wish to join it may send me notice via the Seireitei mainframe”

| Emi was incredibly fidgety in his seat, he didn't really care what was being talked about, he imagined his bankai form would have many intelligent thoughts about the subject at hand but of course, he wasn't gonna just release his bankai, that would be silly and useless as of now, not to mention dangerous. He looked over to the late person, Rei, who appeared to think the humans and vizards would make good allies, which Emi didn't really care whichever way it went. He giggled at what Takego said, he found his response to such a statement to be entertaining, the outburst of rage that was covered up by a sophisticated form of speech, none the less Emi just decided to watch as the conversation continued.
Jensen brought up a good point about them, Emi just continued to smile though, he didn't really know much about the war with Aizen, he was fairly new to soul society at that time so he wasn't aware of such things, either way he didn't really hate humans or vizards, so he wasn't bothered with an alliance with them. The only one he truly paid attention to was the captain commander, who spoke words of wisdom, though he didn't understand it too much, he basically got it, he was ready to fight at any time, "I'm always ready to beat up some baddies!" He said loudly, raising his fist to the air as he spoke. He chuckled a bit afterwards as he continued to listen.
Hiromori spoke words that confused Emi greatly, his head was spinning around in confusion from it. He pointed his finger at Katsu as he walked in, "Hahaha, another late person!" He chuckled a bit as he spoke. He sat quietly to continue listening. Riku was quite scary as he stood up to the captain commander, he shivered a bit, but grew a smile again, he supposed that he had a point, considering the captain commanders speech was one that he could actually understand to a certain extent, which he laughed at. He turned to listen to one of his new friends Anz, whom he admired for his smarts, but wasn't the type to care much about smarts, it was more like admiring his ability to make fun things. He continued to listen in on the conversations at hand, he had nothing really to say, his head was that of a childs, he had no idea what he was saying really, but he decided to blurt out, "Umm, haven't rules been changed in the past? I mean, there are no permanent rules, if there were, there wouldn't exactly be much use of meetings other then to discuss what people have done, so... whats so bad about changing a rule? Hahaha I just want fun things to do! This chat about exiling and hatred and rule breaking is so silly to me, but im a kid what do I know right? Hehehe" He chuckled after he spoke, sitting down and seemingly disappearing since his head wasn't even over the table when he sat down.
