Rynn's new master

Rynn had followed Helena through the city until they arrived at her home there. She had told Rynn that she would explain everything about this "target" that she wanted Rynn to get rid of because it was important to know things beforehand. Rynn honestly didn't care about the target she was more interested in how Helena was going to act towards her. Promises are nice but that's about all they are until they become reality. Until then she'd do her duty to her newest master and keep working.

"So I'm going to be killing a girl named Anastasia?" she then waited for Helena to confirm this and listened to what Helena had to say about the girl in question. She nonchalantly flipped Zanlou in her left hand while she sat still and listened too. As soon as Helena finished Rynn would speak again, "I'll make her pay for what she did. No one should betray anyone else." Helena despite being a sinner hadn't yet shown Rynn much evil. Considering she was used to being manipulated by Valus however..She did not realize that Helena had already corrupted her by getting her to accept this mission.

Now it was just time to keep listening to Helena and then fight this Ana person. Everything would resolve itself in the end after that.

Helena was sitting across from Rynn swishing a glass of wine as they spoke. "Kill, maim, beat to a pulp, what ever you can manage. She's not weak. But as I said, she'll hesitate fighting you, use that as an advantage. I wont tell you anything else. I want to see you adapt to different situations, not just kill her." Helena said.

She had already set the trap across town in a pretty crowded area, where Ana's style of combat would suffer. She wouldn't risk hurting anyone, not now. Maybe Rynn wouldn't Either, Helena didn't know. Though she might not make a good replacement for nick if she was unwilling to get her hands stained with innocent blood. "I agree. And I think you understand the sting of betrayal well, dont you?" Helena said.

Helena suddenly stood up and smiled at Rynn. "It appears she has arrived. Let us go meet her. I will keep me energy hidden and stay out of your way." She said. Helena said. Then they left, and she led the way through the city, and pointed out Ana to Rynn when they found her.


Anastasia appeared in the city by portal, along with Beth, the coalition agent assigned to keep an eye on her. She would have been more disappointed by how unwilling Beth was to talk to her if it wasn't for the fact that she was here to find and kill that bitch Helena. The two walked through the streets as Beth tried to track Helena's energy for Ana since for some reason Ana couldn't sense the woman's mind.

Rynn had followed Helena after listening and when Helena pointed Ana out to her she didn't hesitate to initiate combat. She conjured and hurled a spear of hard dense blood at Ana from the left side, and when it hit her or the ground if she dodged, it would splatter into a bunch of mini spikes trying to increase possible damage done. It didn't matter that her opponent was stronger than her. She had dealt with that because of Valus for most of her life. What matter was she did well enough to please her new master without having to overdo things. She watched carefully to see what Ana would do to deal with that first attack, if anything, and made sure to keep tabs on how Ana moved. Information was key in fighting people stronger than yourself.

"Die" She said as she landed softly on the street next to Ana and moved her right hand in an arc in front of her creating a thin wave of blood that hurled itself at Ana trying to slice her up. This was the same move she used on the thugs before Helena found her. Right after doing so she brought the same hand in front of her mouth and blew on it while casting Aera to hurl a vacuum wave at Ana that would cut her as if it were a sword should it make contact.

Rynn did not play around. Something she retained even after her freedom from Valus' influence. She was here to kill this person and that was what she was going to do. Or try to anyways.

Ana was walking calmly through the streets, watching out for her mother. The energy she'd sensed had vanished suddenly, but the bitch could still be around. Her companion and caretaker followed her, keeping to herself as usual. Ana was about to speak to her when someone spoke a single word that set her on edge. Ana dashed back from the girl who suddenly landed next to her, Something shot at her and she ducked under it barely.

Confused, she looked the stranger up and down. She was little more than a girl, which instantly made what was happening problematic. "Beth, the seal!" Ana said. The woman nodded and her powers were released. "Who are you, and why are you attacking me?!" Ana demanded from the girl as she blocked the second attack with a shield of telekenetic energy she formed as she actived her Psionic knight powers.

Rynn formed a blood spear in her hand and chucked it at Ana as she activated some form of shield blocking her earlier attack. If it too hit the shield it would "Splinter" and each "shard" of the spear would go around to the back of Ana at decently fast speeds trying to back stab her.

"I am Rynn. My reasons are unimportant. Die." She said curtly as she hurled another of her blood spears at the woman before dashing to the left up the side of a building and stopping on that side wall to hurl three dozen blood daggers at Anastasia's relative location.

Just as that little spout of offense stopped she jumped off the side wall of the building into the sky so that the sun was at her back making it a bit harder to see her if looked directly at. From this vantage point she created a thick multi edged/bladed wall of hardened reiatsu blood that would come crashing down ontop of Ana's new location, if she had moved, or her old one if she had not yet moved.

Landing she waited to see if any of her attacks had done anything to the woman. She sensed the same power as Valus but she knew that she had only killed him out of knowledge of his attacks and weaknesses.. This person was brand new and she didn't have time to learn everything about the woman either because Helena wanted results.

The guard dog stepped forward. The little girl was sleeping.

And a thin blade-like wave of blood was shot at Ana's head. Ending this round of offense. Time to see how Anastasia reacted and countered..

The spear hit Ana's shield and exploded, the pieces flying around behind her and trying to strike her back. But an invisible barrier rediected them from their initial target, causing each piece to graze her, hitting nothing vital. Then the blood weilding girl, who used a power similar to Helena, attacked with a barrage of daggers.Ana responded with quick parries of her telekenetic shield and sword. One dagger slipped past her defense, going straight for her left eye, It hit the field and was turned away, grazing her cheek instead.

Ana didn't need to track the girl with her eyes as she tracked her mind, so when the sun would have blinded her she looked away, and phase leaped directly through the girls attack, getting as close as possible before unleashing a psycho cut from her sword. It had a 5ft range but it was the power of a cero and could cut through almost anything. Ana used psi leap to bring herself to a standstill on the roof of the builing, and watched as the girl fired wave of razor sharp blood.

Things began to make sense to Ana as she lept off the roof over the attack and plunged towards the ground. Her sword and shield was replaced by a hammer of teleketic energy as she fall, and she slammed it into the ground next to Rynn, setting off a Psionic blast with the force of a cero oscuros and a 20ft radius around Ana. She prayed it caught her and ended this fight before it got worse.

With a moment to breath eitherway, Ana looked at Rynn. "What ever Helena told you, you cant trust her Rynn. She's a liar, and a murderer. She will turn on you as soon as you stop being useful to her. She said. Switching back to her sword and shield, she waited for the girls answer.

Rynn danced to the side of the sword's release of energy with grace and while spinning created a ribbon of blood that spun with her growing in size and speed until she stopped spinning facing Anastasia releasing the "ribbon" as a fast compact bullet-like blood attack having hardened it's density to make it hit harder. Only to watch Ana leap to the top of a building.

Rynn used her vampiric grace passive to run up the side of the building and leap towards the top where she released another blade-wave of blood towards Ana. As this occured Anastasia pulled forth a hammer and jumped towards Rynn releasing a blast of energy in the process, and destroying most of the building they were on, when the dust settled a ball of blood rolled out of the rubble towards Anastasia before dissipating and revealing a very heavily panting Rynn as she had formed a defensive bubble and strengthened it to the max at the last second to avoid damage and was not used to moving that quickly.

"What you say is useless. I don't betray others." Rynn said coldly as Anastasia tried to convince her that Helena was simply going to betray Rynn. While she wasn't fully convinced otherwise she was not about to be the first to betray someone nor was she about to sit back and simply get betrayed again like Valus' did before. When the time came she would deal with Helena, but for now she was going to be the guard dog she was trained to be, "Even if that's true all I have to do is not stop being useful."

She pulled out Zanlou, a dagger looking weapon with a cresent moon blade then slid her hand down it's handle extending it into a full sized spear. She then took an attack stance and without moving had suddenly hurled a wave of wind so condense it's cutting power was heightened. Aera was the spells name and it was one of the many she had mastered during her time in Amesbury.

Just as that happened a fireball dropped ontop of Anastasia's head that would explode for fifteen feet upon contact with anything followed by a lightning bolt hurled from Zanlou's crescent moon edge as Rynn increased her speed a bit and blurred to Ana's right before firing the bolt. Right after that she created blood daggers on all sides of Anastasia and had them all converge on her.

Rynn was still analyzing Anastasia's abilities. Some of them just seemed to be energy based but the thing that had caught her attention was that Ana had somehow figured out Helena had sent her without Rynn actually saying anything about it. So this person was psychic? No if that were the case nothing Rynn did would be getting near it's target. Whatever the case Rynn just waited to see if there was an extent to the "Shielding" Ana seemed to possess. Making sure to keep a defensive stance with Zanlou should Ana press the attack.
