World Tournament II

The world tournament is once again being held. The rules follow the same guidelines as before.

1.) You may not kill your opponent.
2.) Landing outside the ring disqualifies you.
3.) All weapons become specially coated with non-manipulable energy so that they cannot deliver lethal blows. It also can't be absorbed by any means. This does not decrease their damage. A stab will still feel like a stab.
4.) No fighting your opponents during the tournament outside of the match. (This is more for RP purposes than anything)
5.) The winner will recieve 7500 Desai. The Runner up 6000. All participants who successfully finish at least one Round will recieve 2500 Desai.
6.) You may only enter with two characters per person.
7.) All Tiers are considered equal during the duration of the tournament. You do not gain access to powers not already approved on your application but a shikai only person will still be on equal footing with a toukai user at full power. This is to make things fair.
