Item name: It has no specific name, just a pendant that was given to Riku by his mother.
Description: A silver pendant with the shape of a circle. Imprinted on the circle is a western style dragon, holding onto an odd blue-grey gem in the center of the circle. Four claymore swords covers the gem in a plus sign style.
Effect: It aids in the allocation of spirit energy, more specifically, that used in kido. All kido that Riku Tomoshibi uses has a single post less cooldown. Like Bakudo 1-40 will have no cooldown, Bakudo 61-89 has a two post cooldown, etc. Not only for Bakudo, but also for Hado too. In the pendant, there are also two custom kido spells inscribed in it, but has yet to be accessed (Means I don't know yet what kind of spells and what they do yet, they will be in custom kido board when I do though, and upon approval will be accessable to him.)
Number of it you have/possible/allowed: There is one in the world and only Captain Riku Tomoshibi has it.
