Personality:  Often viewed as a delinquent, that assessment could not be more wrong. He only fights when he has to, otherwise he’ll try to weasel his way out of a fight. Unfortunately, that doesn’t happen too often. Generally mild mannered, he’s very respectful to authority figures. Oddly, he hardly ever gets in trouble because he is always on the defensive and never throws the first punch. Unless he sees someone picking on another. His attitude is typically bratty and arrogant and easily annoyed. He isn’t really pessimistic or optimistic. Surprisingly, he’s very caring and kind to his friends and any and all kids.
 
As a whole, despite his initial bratty attitude, he is one of those people that one almost can’t hate after interacting with him. Intelligent and resourceful, he doesn’t much like his parents and gets into fights with them. And is consequently sent to his room. That doesn’t stop him from leaving his room and his parents have tried everything to keep him grounded. They’ve even tried security systems, but he’s beaten them all.  He is also mildly claustrophobic.
 
He is also a techie and loves to play internet games and net surfing. He knows a lot about his great uncle, Riku Tomoshibi, as well as his great grandparents, even knows that shinigami blood runs through his vains. It kind of irks him a little bit, but is willing to accept it.

He'll always find ways to get to the bottom of a situation, and get answers. His judgement is almost eerily like that of an experienced adult at times. That sometimes can make him appear scary. His enthusiasm for helping out when he can often leads him to trouble, but he often sorts it out very quickly. He is also bisexual.
 
Likes: Friends, technology, internet games, net surfing, music of most kinds.
Fears: Very small rooms, power outages, being bound/tied up.

Clothing: Pretty much the picture above, but clothing styles vary.
Accessories: A pair of rings, one on the middle finger of each hand. In the center of one ring is a red stone with a dark red dragon imprinted in it. On the other is the same except with a blue stone and a dark blue dragon imprinted in it. The rings are his powers.
 
 
 
 
 
General Fighting Style: He first starts off with hand to hand combat. If his speed and strength don’t win, his resourcefulness and full-bring will (hopefully). He uses his lightning and fire abilities and weapon that his rings turn into to overwhelm with attacks from multiple directions. Or surprise attacks. He surprises his opponents mainly with his whip-like weapon and his manipulation of it. He has more agility than strength and has great stamina. He also has a tendency to use the Coalition's stuff. While he knows how to use them, it doesn't mean he's a master at any of them.

He's a strong tactician, and thus his moves tend to vary quite a bit, despite utilizing the same tricks. As such, he's very adaptable.

Strengths: Hand to hand combat expert, Stamina

Speed-including blur, his version of shunpo, and is very proficient in it.

Immense Strength-he is strong enough to punch through tough hierro. He can punch or kick through walls and crack strong barriers up to Bakudo 81 from a kido expert at his level, despite his size. Resourceful.

He also can use minimum kido spells, due to having minimum shinigami blood in him and reading his great grandmother's diaries that detailed Soul Society and most other things.
 
Weaknesses: While he can take some hits, his durability is rather lacking. His ranged abilities are easy to dodge/deal with, often being weaker, despite being unpredictable. He also doesn’t quite have full mastery of his full-bring or its final form, despite being powerful enough to use both. His final form is also limited due to the strain it puts on his body. The few kido he does know, isn't very strong. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
Appearance: The dormant version are the two rings he keeps. When activated, the rings turn into chain linked whips with a single, arrow shaped blade on the tip, being the only place for cutting or stabbing. On the hilts, a band goes down and wraps around his forearms, making it impossible to disarm him. The chains can lengthen up to fifteen yards, but they can also shrink to the size of swords.
 
Powers: The main abilities are the primary stage. But he can control the whips telepathically and stiffen them up for sword fighting or use them at range. This includes shrinking and lengthening the chain. As mentioned before, he doesn’t have full mastery over his weapons.
 
 
Name: Fire Storm
Effect: Ribbons and bursts of flames are fired out of a whip in an unpredictable pattern. He can only control the general direction, but there is no aiming for this skill. If the flames hit their target, or anything for that matter, they burst into flames and catch on fire. They stay on fire for two posts, the person getting burned all the while. Zanpakutou, dolls, and spiritual weapons are immune to catching on fire. A person can still move while on fire, if they can handle the pain. The flames can be negated by simply amplifying their spiritual pressure or diving into water or in an extremely windy area (like hurricane winds and tornados). Stop, drop, and roll also applies in getting rid of it. Ice also tends to help in getting rid of the fire.
 
Name: Lightning Storm
Effect: Ribbons and bursts of electricity are fired out of a whip in an unpredictable pattern. Like the Fire Storm, there is no aiming with this attack. If they hit, the opponent is constantly electrocuted for two posts. They also leave cuts and scratches on the body. Like with the Fire Storm, zanpakutou, dolls, and spiritual weapons are immune to electrocution. Getting rid of the constant electrocution is easier than with Fire Storm, following the rules of lightning. Upon landing on the ground, the lightning surges from the body to the ground. Lightning follows the quickest way to the ground and it is the same with this technique. So contact with anything that is connected to the ground, the electricity will rush to the object and then to the ground. The intensity is enough to give off a large enough of an electrical discharge to fling the person away like a massive static shock, but won’t leave any major or moderate damage. The only other way is to fluctuate their power from low/moderate to high to low to high again.
 
Name: Elemental Enhancement
Effect: There are two versions. When one is active, the other cannot be active on the same chain whip, but on the other chain whip. The first version is that the chain is erupted in flames. This version is for area of effect attacks, bursts flames explode each contact with the area of effect being five feet. If used at close range, the attack will also harm him. The closer to the center you are, the more damage you take. The other is that the chain is erupted in lightning. This version holds greater cutting power and more precision strikes. Lightning bolts and fire balls can be fired from their respective versions from anywhere on the weapons. Two chain whips cannot be infused with the same version. Ex: One has fire, the other cannot be fire. One is lightning, the other cannot be lightning. Lasts up to four posts? With a one post cooldown?
 
Name: Wave manipulation
Effect: He can fire more accurate waves of fire or lightning from his whips. They are about the strength of a standard Hado 33.
 
Name: Spiker
Effect: From the whips, himself, or anywhere within fifteen yards of him, spikes of flame and/or lighting can come up to attack the enemy. Kind of a last minute defense. The fire will set the person ablaze for two posts, with the same weaknesses as his fire storm. The same with the Lightning spikes in relation to the Lightning storm.
 
 
New Appearance: Black gloves cover his hands, each with four hidden blades connected by near limitless amounts of chains (he uses his spirit energy to lengthen them). Just above where the blades come out are metal studs. There are two chains with blades like his whips, two in the forearms, and two on each calf. Their length limit is five yards and is controlled telepathically. After four posts, he goes back to normal and cannot move. He might be conscious, but he's defenseless. If he ever masters it, he'll be able to hold it for up to six posts, but currently, can only hold it for four posts. At 2-1, until he gets to be 1-3 or so, should I get him that high, he can hold it up to 5 posts.
 
Name: Multi-storm
Effect: A combination of the Lightning Storm and Fire Storm with their abilities. Same conditions apply to get rid of said abilities when hit. Because both is fired at the same time, it is harder to dodge than in the primary stage.
 
Name: Elemental Enhancement.
Effect: Pretty much the exact same except with all eight chains whips. The blades and chains in his gloves are not included. And which chains have which version is even, four have fire and four have lightning.
 
Name: Dragon Storm
Effect: Either his fists, feet, or the blades and chains in his gloves erupts with lightning and flame in the shape of a dragon's head. The attack is extremely powerful, being able to shatter Bakudo 81 Danku with a single hit from just about anyone. Obviously, this is his strongest attack and can only be used twice before returning to normal and being helpless.
 
Name: Physical Boost
Effect: His physical strength dramatically increases, being able to knock even captain class fighters around (up to tier 1-3 with physical strength as a strength), and his speed undergoes the same kind of increase, being able to match against the fastest of opponents (up to tier 1-2 with speed/shunpo/sonido/equivalent as a strength). This part is what causes the most strain as it is constant, unlike the Dragon Storm. With each tier he goes up, those tiers also go up until 1-1. (Like if Jun tiers up to 2-2, those boosts makes him as strong as a 1-2 specialist in strength and as fast a 1-1 specialist in speed.) Keep in mind, these boosts does NOT include shikai boosts and the like on those tiers.
 
Name: Wave manipulation
Effect: He can fire more accurate waves of fire or lightning from his whips. The new strength is that of a standard Hado 63 from a kido expert at the 1-4 tier level. Though with each tier Jun goes up, that tier goes up by one until 1-1 (like if he goes up to 2-2, this moves strength will be able to equal a 1-3 kido expert's hado 63).

Background: Born in New York City, his great uncle is now the Captain of Squad 9, though he doesn’t know it. His parents are fairly young, currently in their mid-thirties. Jun was spoiled beyond belief, but always showed a fascination towards the technology side of things. His grandfather always told him stories about his great uncle, and how much the man had meant to all of them. In fact, the only real difference between the two is height and eye color. Jun wanted to be just as great as this Riku Tomoshibi guy that was related to him through his grandpa. Unfortunately, he stopped trying to be after failing so many times when he was young. Because of that, he was jealous of the guy. His jealousy developed after that.
 
Like his elder counterpart, he could see spirits pretty early in life, at eight years old. Unbeknownst to him, while his mother was pregnant with him, his mother was attacked by a hollow. His grandfather saved her with his own powers. Eight years later, Jun got shoved into a small metal box by some hollow. In the box were several other souls, except he was the only one that was alive. This was when his claustrophobia and fear of being bound came from. He was saved, by a green haired giant by the name of Alexander Kerensky. The man explained to him about shinigami and hollows, and about his own race, the bounto. The boy admired him for not holding any grudges and the like. It was cool in his opinion. Soon after, they moved to Japan. Despite being viewed as a delinquent, he still made friends and was still fairly popular.
 
As his powers grew, so did his arrogant, yet kind nature. Despite his own private training, he still left plenty of time for fun and games. His parents became overbearing, and he rebelled astonishingly well. Now, it’s his first day in the school for the supernaturally gifted in his new home of Karakura.
