These items are enhanced to be heavy even with a spiritual being using them as they keep the muscles from using spiritual power to make using the weights easier..without keeping the owner from using spiritual power ( like her other training equipment does )
how many: 2 shoes ( 50 LBS each ), pants (44 LBS, shirt ( 70 LBS ), and 2 gloves. ( 21 LBS each. )

Sidenote- the weight slows her down a bit more than she already is..but when she takes them off her speed increases 10% because of the loss of weight.

( like her other training equipment does )
WARNING: These weights are extremely heavy to ANYONE who wears them. Anyone allowed to have these outside of Rena must RP their weight correctly or I will kick their ass.
