Effect: The collar itself is tucked under Temida's scarf, but whoever has it just has to wear it around the neck. The bell contains informative storage on the wearers spiritual signature at a certain moment, it works on how the wavelength is being used, and can detect when the user is using a special move. When that move is in use it works. When active, the clothing of the user glows bright white and while whatever move is in use suck into the collar's bell that jingles only when the user wishes. It's effects are in reverse after another move. Can not be battle use.

Temida~ When Temida uses it the following happens. When turning into a Cat, the clothing zaps in and the glow fades as the fur covers the body, all of which happen in an instant, When he leaves cat form, the clothing beam out of the bell and glow until he retains his normal size and figure. Again in an instant.

Number of it you have/possible/allowed: 1 for Temida, however can be fixed and/or replaced.
