| Item name:Cerberus Description:  It was designed by Parius, and built by Alexander Kerensky. Effect: There are no clips, instead relying on the users Rietsu to provide a "clip". It is able to fire up to 12 shots of Bala power, 4 of Cero power, or 1 of Gran Rey power, before having to "reload". Reloading takes different times, depending on what shot is used. 1 post, for using all Bala, 2 posts, for all Cero's, and 3 posts, for a Gran Rey. Number of it you have/possible/allowed:1, and Saisei has it. | |
