Unlike Victory his father has a much more somber and dark character, tormented by guilt over what he perceives as his past failings; being unable to prevent the deaths of his wife Storm and his son. The final straw was when his wife's soul was devoured while his son's soul was lost in the precipice world, which only added to his feelings of helplessness. because of this he is very Pessimistic, distancing himself from others and also tending to do things alone, he tries to keep his affliction secret so as not to cause further grief and even changing his name so that he would no longer be reminded of his loss's.

He seems to be a cold person but is actually rather very shy; when relating with others, he tends to keep his opinions to himself and do his job. he tends to be very logical, but then at times when he is out of his depressive state he seems a bit imaginative for he is quite creative. Despite his cold appearance, he is very caring once one gets to know him; being more than willing to give his life up to the point to even look suicidal. he is very courageous and even though he is a bit timid, a traite he shares with his son. he isn't racist with anyone and therefore tends to treat everyone the same; however he is intolerant with certain characteristicks, such as child abusers, and others.

He is very loyal and true to those he cares about and is always driven to protect them, even going as far as to hide his pain and emotions so that they wouldn't be worried. Ultimately, it is his selfless and kind nature that gives him the ability to overcome most conflicts. he may say shrewd things, but he is very kind once he shows his hidden emotions. his lighter side is proven to be quite a character as he would willingly crossdress as a woman in order to save a friend in need. He also has a dry, ironic for every now and then if he is confertable he may crack a Joke or two with some of his allies. Overall, he has a rather moody demeanor; his personality is not as brooding as others even though this could easily be changed since he used to be just like his son when he was younger.

He has bright blond hair that is spiked up with one particularly noticeable large spike emerging into the air which is the trademark of his appearance. he also has blue eyes, which glow when in use of reitsu or when angered due to the fact that he used to be a vizard. Because of this he is often mistaken as a vizard. he has a lean, but fairly muscular built body. His face normally keeping "a stiff upper lip", with his emotions and thoughts being expressed through his eyes. he tends to keep a serious expression that looks mostly depressed than serious.

Outside of the ss, he wills his ex coalition clothes consisting of a high collar black shirt with no sleeves, black pants and boots, and black cloth covering his left leg and arm; the cloth on his arm seems to mainly be to hide his symptoms. he also gains an entirely new pauldron, and his chest is covered by two straps, held in place by a Kuchiki family emblem.

Accessories: Members of the Kuchiki family have been known to wear Kenseikan "Star-Pulling Insert" in their hair, which symbolizes their nobility as one of Four Noble Families.

The Kuchiki family also has a white scarf made by the master weaver, Tsujishirō Kuroemon III. The scarf is made from the Ginpaku Kazahana no Uzuginu, a silver-white, windflower light silk, and is a family heirloom that is handed down from generation to generation and is given to each Kuchiki family head. The scarf alone is worth enough to buy ten mansions in the Seireitei, however his is strangely red and a bit tattered at the bottom, very similar to Kouga's.

General Fighting Style: He is a close ranged fighter trained by the Kuchiki clan, he is described as a flexible warrior that can be unexpected in combat. he has a strong Marks-manship, immense strength and speed and a tough durability causing him to take a greater bashing than most individuals could. he is also quite capable of controlling his emotions and using such a control to observe his enemies for weaknesses without being blinded by his emotions, however this does not count if his friends are in trouble. he tends to battle using zanjutsu unless it is very necesary. he also naturally has the ability Hollow eyes which inhances his ability to sense spiritual awareness

Strengths: he is a Master Swordsmanship Specialists that poseses incredible strength, speed and reflexes, able to avoid most attacks launched against him. he also specializes in matrix moves and Kidou.

Weaknesses: he is unable to control his strength and so during battles, he unintentionally goes farther than what he had initially intended to go, leading him to cause more destruction then what is needed. he also doesn’t seem to know her limits, being able to withstand most techniques which could lead him towards his death and also going over bored which would also cause him great pain and lead him towards his death. since most of his abilities are close ranged, he doesn’t like long ranged even though he is able to counter this with his weapon/speed.

Spirit’s Personality: The etymology of Calypso's name is from (kalyptō), meaning "to cover","to conceal", "to hide". It is the opposite of apocalypse, meaning to reveal. Calypso is the sea goddess, she appears to be quite mysterious and enigmatic. Her personality is flirty and playful (coinciding with the legend that the sea-goddess Calypso was something of a seductress)yet stern, but benevolent. she seems to like talking in riddles, perhaps taking joy in allowing people to figure things out by themselves.

In the presence of her master and children she is highly optimistic, proving to be very mature, motherly and affectionative; she posseses a keen sense of judement despite her somewhat destructive demeanor. she is very smart, but tends to rely mostly on what her heart is telling her rather than going by the facts, but if roused to anger; her fury knows no bounds.

Abilities:

Kazuoru/Karu Mizu o Hoteru (Light water travel): this ability supposedly allows him to move at the speed of light for a split second until he reaches his opponent, but that is just a saying for his speed is tripled once every two posts. This is just like the blinken just at the speed of light, this allows him to counter his weakness with long ranged combat. It has a two post cool down and it does work at night due to hydration in the air which is why it is called Light-water travel.

Kyūshū suru (Absorb) and reisurasshu (Spitit slash): this ability allows him to absorb anykind of light, sunlight, moonlight, etc and it will very slowly regenerate his own stamina. Five post recharges one third of his stamina while spirit slash causes his zanpakutou to release a blast of light energy with each swing that doesn't cause damage unless it is shot along the ground which causes explosions.

Yūkan'na (Braver): This technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force, speed and kidou all at the same time. It can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. regular hollows can be killed with one swift slash so precise, that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place. as soon as the weapon hit the target, a massive bright shockwave appears giving it a cero like effect if one is in its 15 radius area. Kuchiki normally dashes towards his opponent to stab them, then jump up and slam them down. one post cool down.

Mizu o nami (Water-wave): It's basically a water/power technique in which Kuchiki pulls his sword back gathering a whitish blue spiritual energy within the hollow portion of the blade. it is launched directly towards his target in the form of an energy blade projectile or an enormous water wave since it is released, in form of a semicircular wave. two post cool down.

Baburu (Bubble): it is not a bubble, it looks like a blue to like blue glowing cero, with the speed of a bala. he is able to shoot this through the palm of his hand and tip of his blade like a canon. he can launch out multiple cero like blasts, which besides injuring the target it also leaves them wet. one post cool down.

Haipā Baburu (Hyper bubble): a more concentrated version of the Baburu, it is very easily comparead to the gran rey cero in shape, but as in color; it goes from a black to blue to a hyper bright blue. it has a three post cool down.

Haipa surasshu (Hyper slash): his whole body is surrounded in a whitish blue aura as he charge forward. his sword his filled with reitsu and its range is extended. he then charges at opponent at high speed and can either slam it into the opponent and drag them airborne or slam them into the ground, wall etc. due to the light energy opponents caught in the blast could experience burns. 3 posts cool down.

Light abilities:

• Karu/Light: his body becomes brighter than the sun for a split second, he is also able to shoot this, it causes no damage, but it gives them a blurry vision for two posts with a two post cool down.

• Boido no Karu/Void of light: takes away light making it hard to see as the area is covered in darkness. Last for five posts; with a two posts cool down and a 30 foot range.

• Karu Shīrudo/Light Shield: Creates a temporary shield around Kaulas body. This shield protects him from attacks such as balas cero's and kidou up to 50, it also bounces back enemies who physically attack it. The shield can allow him to pass through difficult barriers such as a fire wall, electrical gates, etc. one post with a two post cool down.

• Tengoku Karu/Heavens light: he is able to shoot a beam like a cero oscuras, but it has a blinding light instead of a darkish green. two post cool down

• Karu No keishiki/light form: Kaula uses his reiryoku combined with his sword to obtain a glowing light form all abilities are turned off, his strength is doubled; light strike (Done with sword, with power of a kidou 73, three post cool down) light bomb (Power of a kidou 86 once every time he uses this form), light blast (power of a gran rey cero, three post cool down) this form lasts one post with a five post cool down.

Water abilities:

• Hansha/reflection: a waterfall like wall is made and any attack that sinks through it will be shot back at the opponent with its full potential. depending on the opponents technique defines the cool downs and if it is an ability stronger then a kidou 78 at only half it's potential.
  

• Nami/wave: with the weapon, Kaula is able to create a massive tidal wave that is able to causesevere damage ppon contact. takes three posts cool down.

• Yugami/liquidify: changes any form of water such as ice back to water one a limb or an object is frozen he can change it back to water. a winter wonderland can become a pool of water, however if temperatures are below freezing levels it can slowly refreeze again.

• juuatsu/pressure: Kaula launches a torrent of high pressure water, it is much worse than being hit by a fire hose; it's power is compared to a kidou 78 with a two post cool down.

• Mizu o No keishiki/water form: Kaula takes a strange water-like form, all abilities are turned off. his speed is doubled unlike the light form, lakeway (A passage way very similar to the precipe world appears, except for the fact that it's made out of water and there is even fish inside there), waterfall (easily compared to Harribel's gota but in shape of a waterfall, he is able to condense large amounts of water around his blade before firing it as a blast that resembles a waterfall.),
  bubble beam (It's a barrage of bubbles that are compared to a bala each), last splash ( ends the transformation,he can fire multiple [8] blasts of water in rapid succession with relative ease and then end with a slash that sends a Nami) are the only abilities he has. this last for one post with a five post cool down.

Seisui/Holly water(Light and Water) Abilities:

• Shinseiru/ Shinseina Saisei suru (holy Regeneration): it works just like an arrancars regeneration and allows him to do the same to others, however not only does it only work in daylight but also works as long as there is humidity in the atmosphere. It requires a three post cool down when it is used on others. this ability does not work in area's where there is no water which air does have water. however in cases where there is no sun light/moon light, it has half the effect then it would in pure daylight/ moon light.
  

• Tenshi Surasshu/Angelic slash: like the water wave, but it causes burns since it is boiling hot water. two post cool down. easily compared to Ichigo’s zangestu by the way it is used to attack.

• Mu shikō-seisurasshu/omnislash (Signature move): an angel wings appear over his body causing him to glow as his sword extends launches out at his enemy fifteen times nonstop, constantly slashing at them with boiling water attributes. This has a two post cool down.

• Ame/rain: the water is hot due to the combination of water and the heat of light. shot like a barrage of rain drops it can cause burns since it is boiling hot water as well as the effect of a cero metrolleta (that is used by stark) two post cool down.

• Tengoku No keishiki/heaven form: this is a fusion of both water and light, his speed and strength are doubled. he can not use anything besides Mu shikō-seisurasshu/omnislash; however his sword devides into the six different pieces that float around his opponent, unless the target wants to be burned by boiling hot water they should not touch the swords. he is able to strike twenty times with the ending strike being an explosion of boiling hot water and light. ten posts cool down.

Boosts: while retaining his shikai abilities boosts, resistence toward light and water atributes 50%, all previous injuries are regenerated, however stamina stays the same even if he is exhausted.

all of the above abilities with half its original cool down, except for the forms; he cannot use his water,light or heaven form. after is Toukai is over he will be in a fatigue state for seven posts and even pass out from how draining it is.

Seisui Bakuhatsu (Hollywater explosion): used as a last resort, it is combined by reitsu and reiryoku and is shot with everything he's got. it is an ability that is made with all of his being, all of his power in one single blast. It lauches a humungeous blast of boiling hot water so intense to produce blisters, the bright light is blinding and it is very dificult to avoid, however it ends the form of Toukai and leaves Kaula in shikai instead of bankai. he is unable to use any ability except water wave and bubble, even his kidou is up to 30 after this.

Boosts: reitsu, abilities x2, edurance x2, strengthx2, speed x4 ---> he is way to heavy in this form and so it is as if his speed was only doubled.

Kaula Kuchiki was his original name before Matthew Morgan (A distant second cousin of Byakuya), Kaula was born in the soul society and was to be the 29th head of the Kuchiki clan; he had a strict and firm life and was loved very much. Kaula was very much like his son as a child, he was stubborn, hotheaded, playful, but he didn't have the same passion for animals as his son does. he was the perfect child that everyone loved; not only was he the only blonde Kuchiki in history, but as well as because he made others smile and laugh. his older brother Taichi did not like this, he was older but Kaula was chosen to be the head of the clan. he wanted to get rid of Kaula and so he devised a plan to get him kicked out of the soul society. Kaula was attacked by a hollow and made into a vizard where he was casted out of the soul society and into the world of the living where he met Goei. full of grudge towards the seireitei and hollows alike he slowly began to change, Goei being the only one to see his true emotions. Goei was a perverted old but pretty hag, she raised Kaula for over a century; not wanting to take his mothers place she acted as the older sister taking care of Kaula and even teaching him to swordsmanship. mastering his hollow mask at such a young age, he thought that the most powerful race was the vizards and that vizards needed to rule the world the way they see fit. he became racist with other races because of his past; slaughtering hollows for fun as if they were nothing, but dirt. Til one day, as Kaula was tormenting a low class arrancar; he was confronted by a very wise Bounto. the Bounto taught him a very good lesson and even helped him over come racism; from that day on Kaula began to want to learn more about other races and he was especially interested in humans.

Kaula was around 150+ when he first set eyes on Storm; there was a miniature tornament in where different races were participating. Kaula who's fake name was Matthew Morgan was on the bridge of winning when in the semi finals he was put against a beautiful human women; Storm was her name and she really knew how to crank up the weather. as soon as Kaula's eyes were set on her, he was in love; he couldn't find it in his heart to harm her, but the same couldn't be said for Storm. She creamated Kaula and even humiliated him, but in the end they became friends. Kaula never told Storm his real name, seeing as though it wasn't long since he changed; he didn't want her knowing him as a racist, rutheless, heartless Vizard. their friendship soon became more than just friends, Storm soon became a part of his new life. Goei was really angry towards this and didn't want anything to do with it and so Kaula left her to be with Storm. Not long after this, Storm figured out that his name wasn't Matthew by an old enemy. she was secretly pregnant at the time, when Kaula's enemy came to her and kidnapped her. Kaula and Goei worked together to take on the arrancars. however in the last moment, when Kaula was about to be killed; Storm went in the way and was stabbed. she was dying and Kaula did the only thing he knew he could do to save her. He gave up his mask, his powers, his everything in order to save his one true love.

Storm recovered quickly, Kaula became human and took the name Matthew Morgan as his own. the doctor said that despite her injury, the child was healthy. the pair was happy and began to open up more towards each other, Storm explained to Kaula how she always had friends, but never someone she could share her life with. she told him how he meant everything to her and that without him she was nothing. she wasnted a girl, while Kaula wanted a boy. every day the unborn child was a different name, it was so histerical that it stopped being funny; not that they ever argued about it. on the day Kaula's first child was born, Goei made her appearance and she personally named the child "Victory"; she thought that they were victorious in rescueing the two and since, Vincent was a common name, Victory was unique. the boy was born with his mothers red hair and bright blue eyes, however he looked more like his father. Kaula was proud of him the day he was born, he was born healthy and also with a surprisingly strong reitsu. after their marrage, strange things began to happen; due to his sons reitsu, hollows began to appear. It was so bad that they had to use sceals to suppress the childs reitsu. Kauls was very worried about this and so he would sometimes pressure his son to keep the bonds. besides that, life as a human was great; he worked he went out and he even played sports with his son. he thought it was very odd that his son had a fetish for animals, but then again he thought it was better than dolls. Victory was around five when Kaula died.

It was an accident, the sceals were on too tight and it was bothering Victory; the child was playing in the park as Kaula was speaking to one of the adults. being picked on by the other kids and being unable to play properly, the red headed child took off the sceal drawing the attention of a very powerful arrancar. Kaula was powerless without his zanpakutou and therefor died a horryfying and painful death. Kaula never once blamed his son, but as he looked back at his lifeless body; he could see in his sons eyes that he did blame himself. in the soul society, Kaula was lost; he didn't know where to go or what to do. it wasn't long before he found himself back at his old home. begging for forgiveness, he was welcomed back in the Kuchiki clan. his brother that destroyed Kaula's life in the first place was inraged by his return. he was a second seat in squad six at the time, when Kaula returned. still wanting to keep position, he decided a different approach. by hiring an expert arrancar, he murdered and devoured his beloved wifes soul on Kaula's birthday. Kaula had a emotional breakdown when he heard the news and if it weren't for Ginrei he would have been put away. the only thing that was keeping Kaula's sanity was his son. three years went by and Taichi was plotting Kaula's death when suddenly he realized that if Kaula dies and he becomes the head of the Kuchiki, his son might seek revenge.

Victory was fifteen at the time, but was at the level of a captains class; knowing this Taichi ploted out his murder. by manipulating one of the red heads friends, Victory was killed. Taichi personally went towards the child and was reluctent to learn that Victory knew nothing about the Kuchiki clan. taking him through the precipe world he was to abandon him there, Victory quickly picked up on what was happening and so there was a battle. Kaula was waiting impatiently for his son, he was upset that he had died at such a young age, but then again he was going to have his son back and he would be the 30th head of the Kuchiki clan. but he never came... both Taichi and Victory's soul were lost in the precipe world; Kaula became the head of the Kuchiki clan, but he was miserable. after he had finally lost everything, he began to train in solitude. Being the head of the Kuchiki clan he needed to bring honor to his family name; he knew that there was no way he could master his power without knowing his heart, so he now restarts his life hoping he can be forgiven for everything he has done and also to bring honor to himself and his family.

I think these need a cool down, 1 or two posts should be enough, maybe three for Hyper slash.

Karu/Light: that should have a cool down maybe, just so you cant keep blinding people repeatedly in a post. A limit would once a post would be ok I think, but you could have it give them blurry vision for a post or two and put a two or three post cool down.

Boido no Karu/Void of light: Is there a range on this?

Yugami/liquidify: can this affect another water users or ice users attacks? Because I dont think thats possible.

Shinseiru/ Shinseina Saisei suru (holy Regeneration): would this be half as effective if there's no sunlight and only water? or will it heal normally?

Are you putting a limit on Toukai? Because If not Taking cool downs off all the abilities is a bit much. Halfing them would be ok i think, that needs a second oppinion as well.

need a cool down for Kazuoru/Karu Mizu o Hoteru also its to fast, from this speed, you can circle the earth 7.5 times during that second and even halfing that time it would still be to fast, it needs a major speed nerf.

Baburu could use a cool down since this is allowing you to spam cero strength attacks at bala speeds O~O, maybe not a cool down, maybe something like a limit per post.

how strong is Karu Shīrudo?

add a limit to what •Hansha can take, so someone doesnt use their final strongest move just to be unfairly sent back with little easy O~O

for toukai, what would happen to one post cooldowns?
