Description: A secret machine hidden inside his shinigami clothes, in his arm. It's shape resembles a cellphone.
Effect: It can spit out several webs to tie an enemy to a target place, making their movement slower or better making their movement temporarily locked. Locking the movement of an enemy is hard, the user must first tie the web on the enemy and into the targeted object making them stick together, if the enemy is only hit by the web and does not tie within an object their movement slows down a bit by 5% per hit of the web. He will put his left hand on his right arm and press the button, after that web will spit out in his hands. The strength of the web can be compared to bakudo#1
Number of it you have/possible/allowed: One only on his right arm. It contains 10 webs per thread. Only Kyousuke have this Secret Weapon, unless he gave it or lend it to others.
