Event sign up?

I really had no idea where to put this. I did talk it over with Rena, and she said go for it. But I'll be needing volunteers for bad guys. Pretty much, two character limit per person, 1000 desari or whatever for participation. The "bad guys" do count in that, and please get permission from Rena or another staff for these event characters, and use a combination of the arrancar and human templates. Limited to Coalition, Kishimasuku, Gotei 13, and rogue characters only. Please no org. leaders. Sign ups end when I get back from my Christmas vacation, to give plenty of time to get permission for the event characters and getting them approved.

Basic Plot: Besides the Coalition, there is another organization of humans with the same goal, though vastly different methods. Recently, they've kidnapped an unusual arrancar by the name of Rui Herutsu. Through experiments, they've infused some of his power into their followers, allowing them to have arrancar attributes, from cero to even hierro and sonido (instead of blur) and even the more advanced Cero Oscuras and Gran Rey cero. Some even have Resurreccion instead of a second form or bankai equivalent, and even Rui's level of high speed regeneration. This also makes their spiritual pressure have a human and arrancar combination. Their base is on a remote island in the Indian Ocean. Unfortunately, they've attracted others attention, and are now preparing to defend themselves. Garden variety troopers of this organization is around 3-2 tier due to the infusion of Rui's spiritual power.

Significant followers: Walter Redfield (2-2)

The mission: Find and destroy everything of this contemplable organization. Find out how they are infusing humans with arrancar energies, and rescue or kill said arrancar (preferably rescue, but whatever happens, happens). Who will join and end this madness? Please list organization or rogue, character name, and tier, in that order please!! Keep in mind this is an EVENT, so brush up on what those rules are.

Gotei 13: Saito Hiroshi (1-5)

Coalition: Victory Morgan (1-5), Raitosai Myuuten (1-1), Rallen Fowle (2-1)

Kishimasuku: Kano Kressant (1-5), Ashen Reinheart (1-4), Terror Flamenco (1-2)

Rogues (though they can help out the bad guys I guess...): Rui Herutsu (kind of required and won't have much to do, 1-1), Ayumu Kazuki (1-3), Arisu (1-5)

Count me in, I'll start working on someone to fit the bill for a bad guy, or i could just use my sinner... And Ashen for the endless.

NO SINNERS UNLESS THEY ARE ROGUE! What I mean on bad guys, I mean new characters, event only, which according to the rules you need permission to create. Sorry if I wasn't clear on that. So far, Two Kishimasuku and a wild card Rogue, and maybe one volunteer for a new bad guy (Zenke). Just a reminder, it'll start after I get back from my own trip for Christmas vacation.

A little more additional information, this group is against hollow/arrancar and sinners, though they themselves are evil. And they would accept other rogue vizard, bounto, etc. as long as they have the same goal or something. That should be enough information now. I'm trying to make it open enough to allow for creativity.

Sorry Solis, but even vizards are tentative, and they'll be considered rogue I'm pretty sure. I'd prefer the top three to be the human/arrancar hybrid things. And it looks like Zenke and Anz got them. Bliss has called the leader. Just pm me their names, you three. Solis, however, it would be greatly appreciated if you made a significant follower. You can still make one if you want.

Anyway, top three are now taken, just need more significant followers so that it'll be more of a challenge. Depending on what Ayumu does at least. Anyway, also please be able to post at the very minimum of once a week. If you can't manage that in RP, you will be skipped and your opponent reserves the right to do whatever the hell they wish to your character, including killing them in the most brutal way imaginable.

Nice timing, Kuri. Sign ups are now closed. The Event characters are at least done and are now awaiting approval. I can at least start it. Because of the lack of followers, I will be winging some, staying away from questionable abilities and the like. Adding in Walter, there'll be seven to eight significant followers total, ranging between the tiers of 2-3 to 1-5. If the staff have qualms against my doing that, please say so in the form of a pm.

Event will be called "Sign of the Times" and will be in Other Areas later today. Post order is first come first serve. Coalition and Gotei 13 will have small fry subordinates that I will partially control, but you guys do too. Keep in mind most of them will be tier 4 to 3-3.
