In general Hiei seems to be quite the stubborn quite type, however once being spoken to or when he feels the need to socialize he introduces himself as a cheeky, playful, but mischievous character. His mood changes all the time, depending on the situation and especially when he likes or dislikes a person. Being more aware of his surroundings he isn’t easily pleased though he will toss a complement every now and then good or bad meaning it or just saying it for fun. He tends to be quite the quick-thinker though at times he does react without thinking and then chastising himself after. He is very confident in his own abilities, often being humble about it. But when somebody compliments him, especially someone he actually cares, he gets easily embarrassed. However, his ruthlessness and aptitude in killing shows the other side of him; his old personality, deadly, violent, and bloodthirsty. Conflicting with Hiei's predisposal to kill is his unyielding loyalty to his friends and how he sees fit seeing as though he doesn’t like to take orders from those weaker than himself. Oftentimes, he would suffer immensely in attempts to do what he sees fit, whether it be a mission or assisting someone he would actually call a friend without a single complaint. Hiei would put others before himself without being concerned about his own health or even his life.

Hiei is still very stubborn and can be angered easily which is when he would react by either yelling or breaking something. At times he appears to be very selfish as he doesn't like to do things without getting something back in return, but needless to say if he really likes someone he can become very selfless. When he talks he is very straight forward and to the point, he doesn't normally say more than what is needed though at times he can get full of himself or the situation. Hiei refuses any form of contact; though is quite interested in observing others. It seems to be very difficult to gain his trust then to trust him seeing as though he is very good at keeping his word and he doesn’t expect others to do the same. Being born a pure breed arrancar, he had no life as a human and therefor doesn’t understand human emotion. He states that he is how he is because he chooses to be like that and that if he wanted to he could change his personality over and over again, but that a human has a personality that is developed over time and is very difficult to change. Since he was often betrayed or rejected Hiei prefers to keep his distance from others. As a result of this he often comes across as being aloof and elusive. He has a cynical and even misanthropic view of the world around him often belittling and mocking others as well as their emotions and the significance they play in friendships though he seems willing to listen towards others opinion.

Hiei prefers to work on his own agenda and enjoys being alone; he doesn’t believe he has the capacity of real emotion and will push away what he believes is fake. He likes to keep himself realistic and at times will refer to himself as no one or a mere shadow. He seems to be very considerate towards animals seeing as though he doesn’t see the purpose in killing them and despite his cruel personality and the fact that he had killed many humans he hadn’t once consumed one; only hollows. Anything that is unusual or different seems to catch his interest seeing as though nothing in hueco mundo is interesting anymore to him. He doesn’t care for much for shinigami as he sees them as nothing more than lost spirits who don’t have nothing better to do while Vizards he finds a bit more entertaining since they are shinigami that fight with an eternal hollow. He finds Sinners quite weird and especially Helen though he enjoys having a good fight with them, but as for humans, bountos and quincy’s alike he finds them the most amusing…

Likes:
His fraccions, because he was mistreated as a fraccion he makes sure that he takes good care of them no matter who they may be.
Hiei enjoys watching others and seeing their different personalities; although he may come across as being annoyed or angry. At times he will stalk people he is interested in, however he won't talk to them unless they talk to him first.
Besides training he also has a thing for sweet tooth for candy, chocolate and other sweets; if anything it also seems to be his weakness since at times he can act quite forgiving.
Fears:
Hiei's biggest fears is becoming defenseless, being hopeless or stuck in a situation where he can't come out of. He can't stand the fact of be strong, but not strong enough to get out of a situation. He isn't one to get scared and run, this could prove fatal on the fact that he doesn't back down. Another fear he has would be to actually trust another individual and be accepted, used and rejected.

Hiei original form has jet black spiky short hair with a white star burst and blood red eyes with dark circles around them due to insomnia, he has pale white skin that is often covered in bandages and medical wrappings from various injuries that he inflicts upon himself in training, be they small cuts and lacerations, or deep gouges and gashes. Hiei’s hollow bone piece is a headband to cover his third eye and as well as two very small (Almost chibi like) skeletons like wings, while his hollow hole is located on the left side of his chest. On his right arm he also bares a tattoo/mark of a black Chinese dragon that loops from just beneath his shoulder all the way down towards his hand. His number is located on his hip which isn’t very visible due to his clothes.

Being able to take on another form which completely masks his reitsu making him smell and feel as if he were a human. In this form he has spikey white hair that greatly resembles his arrancar self and blue green eyes which a normally large and childlike. His eyes are prone to change narrowing and sharpening when angered or deeply displeased. In this form he has no hollow whole or bone piece, nor is his body covered in medical wrapping in any shape or form. Unlike his original self; he doesn’t have the dragon tattoo, but he is able to shape shift his fingernails to make them go from an average human nails towards razor sharp claws and vice versa. Despite this, Hiei would have the appearance of a typical twelve or thirteen year old human boy (Though if he were sensed his reitsu would feel as if he were a 2-5 tier).
Clothing:

His uniform consist of a white jacket with only one sleave on the right side hiding his bandaged arm while the left side is bare. He has a black sash, white hakama, black tabi and white zōri. On his left hand he has black tight gloves that show his fingers and as well go half way towards his elbow. His scarf is very old, but one wouldn’t be able to really tell; it is white and very resistant.

In his human form, he tends to be very free of what he wears; he normally appears in a long sleeve turtle neck shirt with another shirt over it, baggy pants that come just below his knees and black boots or sneakers depending on the climate since he doesn’t like to feel cold.

Helen’s sinner mask.

His father’s necklace is something Hiei seems to care for deeply; it is a blue circle like gem on a plain string. The gem is very valuable and worth a lot since it isn't from the ruins of las noches. It also allows Hiei the ability to change into a dragon.

Scarf of wonder, a white scarf he carries around; it is very resistant and changes red in his segunda resurreccion. Whomever the scarf had belonged to is unknown to even Hiei himself, but it is something he is willing to return as well.

Fighting Style

General Fighting Style:
Hiei rarely employs any strategy in his battles and rushes in with a "take no prisoners" mentality, often overwhelming his opponents with his vast speed and advanced zanjustsu. He tends to use his sword to quickly defeat weaker enemies at a close range, but he will use his much stronger techniques if he views his target as a worthy opponent, or wishes to destroy a large number of enemies at once. As a fighter, Hiei is much unbiased when it comes to his enemies. He shows the same degree of ruthless to his foes - regardless of age or gender. However this also varies with each person for if he finds interest or seems it as a mere game then he may toy around with his opponent. With weaker foes he normally just deals with them rather quickly, unless they interest him or he senses potential to grow. He is also a quick-thinker which is both useful and bad seeing as though he tends to react to quickly making himself seem a bit rash. Having been tortured since birth, Hiei has been conditioned to possess extreme tolerance for poison, fire darkness and pain. He possesses extraordinary agility and strength that makes Hiei a one-man killing machine definitely not one to be trifled with.
Special ability:

Akuru: hybrid technique also known as Akuma- Hoeru (Devils howl).

Disguise: he is able to transform himself into a mere human completely disguising his body, reitsu, and scent. His reistu is suppressed almost completely however a specialist in sensing would sense that he would be at least a 2-5 tier even though his not. Besides the fact that he is able to launch white ceros/balas, the only way his disguise were to be noticed is through resurreccion segunda where he is unable to keep his human form. During resurreccion there is a slight chance one would notice because of the mask, however not really due to the fact that full brings resembles those of hollows. (This is for mere rp purposes.)

Strengths:

Hiei is a master in both zangetsu and sonido being able to combine several distinctive sword techniques in one and combining it with his vast speed. His sonido is quite unique as due to his weight and how fast he moves, it barely makes a sound. However it is still sonido for if a character has supernatural hearing; they can hear a soft almost tapping sound. His regeneration is very impressive, but not as nearly as impressive as his cero’s and bala’s. Hiei possess extreme tolerance for poison, fire, darkness and pain (25% without resurreccion). Due to the fact of his implanted third eye he is an expert in pesquisa and has the ability to scan for spiritual pressure in a 15 mile radius and as well tell how strong they are unless they are hiding with a special equipment/expert in hiding their own reitsu.

Weaknesses:
Garganta, since he isn’t used to stepping out of hueco mundo, he had found no use for them and therefor will appear at random places he was never even intending to enter. His tolerance for pain seeing as though at times he doesn’t know his own limit and will go over bored. Long raged battles, due to the fact that within a determined rage he isn’t able to sense his opponent and as most of his abilities are used up close and personal. His attitude is also counted as a weakness seeing as though when he’s mad he reacts without thinking making stupid decisions that will at times hurt himself just as much as his opponent. Lastly his third implanted eye seems to help him keep control of most of his dark or telekinesis like abilities; however he never reveals it to anyone.

Resurreccion

Hiei gains an outfit very similar to the one above, however the mask changes seeing as though he has a white hollow like devil mask. Beneath the clothes he has purple eyes all over his body while his own become black with red pupils which aren’t very noticeable seeing as though he has a great shadow beneath his eyes. The dark shadow conceals his face as if it were a blind fold and thus making only his glowing red pupils stick out of the darkness. His small hollow bone wings quickly become black as they are able to shift in sizes becoming large enough to fly as his nails become black and sharper. In this form his sonido is trippled giving Hiei the ability to actually move so fast that he is able to leave behind after images of himself while his hierro is doubled thanks to his dragon like skin which is also the reason why it is so pale.

If he was in his human form and he goes into resurreccion, it would sense as if he were to be in a fullbring. His appearance would look the same however with white hair and glowing blue green eyes and his hollow mask would change into a black pumpkin. (He is unable to use resurreccion segunda in his human form or else his reitsu would sense like an arrancar again. The only difference between his original form and his human form would be the fact that he smells and feels human, that he has no hollow hole or bone piece and the big fact that his original form launches black fire while his human form launches white fire which has the exact same effects.)

Abilities:

Hiei is 35% resistant towards fire and dark attributes and 40% against poison, he now has a 30 mile radius to scan for spiritual pressure and tell how strong they are (unless they are hiding with a special equipment/ expert in hiding their own reitsu.). his scarf is now part of the resurreccion form and increases his endurance making Hiei 25% resistant towards weapon based techniques.


Afterimage: A side effect of his extreme speed, Hiei can produce afterimages of himself in order to confuse his opponents. The after image is an illusion of himself that he leaves behind to fool his opponents, He only leaves one image of himself that would take the blow as he would appear unharmed somewhere else as the afterimage disappears. He is able to do this once every three posts.

Swift kill: a technique which Hiei moves so fast that he looks like he had created copies of himself which he doesn’t. in fact he only transports ten to twelve times in one post attacking only once per every transports and appearing from any angle he decides; normally he attacks from every direction at random body parts in attempt to shred the opponent apart. He can do this once per every three posts.

Fist of the Mortal Flame: His fist is indulged in dark flames, and he uses it as a power punch towards his enemies. It could prove itself devastating if it's a clear shot but it is very ineffective towards water/ice/snow or even wind types. The fist of the mortal flames is used at close and far range as it could be shot through the punch or hit directly with the strength of a cero leaving his enemies burned.

Jaō Ensatsu Ken: Sword of the darkness flames, materializing the flames he can create swords of black fire. This sword can be thrown or extended about twelve feet long. These have the speed of a bala, but the strength of a hadou 54 also leaving burns behind. A Post cool down after using it four times.

Diablito: Hiei's whole body is ignites in dark fire causing doubling the speed and damage of his fist of the mortal flames or jao ensatsu ken. He can also shoot his fire like a cannon ball or a flame thrower in this form, yet if Hiei's body is too cold or wet then the technique cannot be used. It can be controlled and fired at opponents from the body or landed through a kick or a punch. This technique is the immature form of the technique known as el puto diablo. Last three post with a post to cool down.

Dark hands: invisible arms that blur or shimmer when they are likely telekinetic in nature and origin. These seven arms are about eight feet long and act like vectors and are far more powerful than flesh arms. They can throw objects with enough force to impale any target at long range; they can block balas and kidou up to 56 and they can also break through captain leveled barriers unless they are professionals and at the same tier as he is. They can also perform a task as blatant or as precise as quietly brutally rip or precisely slash humans apart with ease. Besides having a determined length these arms are also controlled by his third sight.

Jaō Ensatsu Kokuryūha: Hiei summons a black dragon from the pits of the underworld. The dragon of the darkness flame is not a real dragon, it is an energy based technique made of darkness and fire. It will erupt if it is hit or makes contact just like any other energy based attack like a cero or a bala. Once summoned the dragon locks onto its target spiritual pressure and follows them as it lashes out and either swallows them (indulging their whole body in dark fire) or slams its body into them (indulging their whole body in dark fire); it has the power of a double cero oscuras and will leave its enemies burned. It requires a five post cool down and a post with no energy based abilities.

Resurreccion Segunda:

Having his abilities still immature, during the resurreccion segunda his body evolves into a time period where his destructive powers are matured giving him the appearance of an adult whom pretty much resembles the chitose family. He looks to be around his 20s, standing roughly 5’11’’ feet tall (180cm) and weighing about 63 kg (138.89 lbs.). He still has crimson eyes, but spiky long black hair. He wears a red band over his third eye with his fringe emerging over it, but his most distinctive feature is his tattered red cape which was the white scarf, held in place over his shoulders and lower face by several buckles. Underneath his cape, his attire is black with several straps and buckles also containing a holster for his gun against his right leg, and gold hollow like sabatons on his feet. His hollow bone piece is now a golden hollow like gauntlet on his right arm while his hollow whole doesn’t change. His weapon of choice is the death penalty, a three-barreled revolver. He also carries a customized big thick sword that is able to divides into six parts.

Abilities:

Vincent (The name Hiei goes by only in this form; Hiei is Japanese for Vincent) is very resistant towards fire or dark attributed abilities. His speed is increased so much so that he appears to blur as he moves around, his pesquisa reaches a good fifty radius, however he has a 15 radius where he concentrates his focus the most. His personality also seems much more accurate than his younger self; he is much more mature about the matters and as well as his own opinion on what he does.

Ohio/Decay: it is what he calls the combination of darkness and fire, it is so hot that when fighting an opponent on a same tier fighter with an average hierro/durability it is able to cause third degree burns. However, he is unable to use it freely it has to be used in an attack (Which are listed below) the only time it is used freely is during “El diablo” which the flames cause a hot decaying like effect as instead of eating away the skin it burns it, being hit directly could lead to different levels of burns:

Higher tiers, strong and average durability: first degree burns if any...
Higher tiers, weak durability: first-second degree burns
Same tiers, average durability: second-third degree burns
Lower tiers, high durability: third-second degree burns.
Lower tiers, average durability: fourth-third degree burns
Lowers tiers, low durability: fifth degree burns

Note: this will only have a third of its power against opponents reluctant to Dark or Fire and will have a half the effect on those who have a combination of Dark/Fire.

Mirage: a more intensive form of the after image, able to leave up to five images of himself; however the original always leaves a trail which means that this technique is worthless vs opponents with strong pesquisa. One post, per every three posts.

Ohio balls: it is very similar to the Cero Metralleta, except for the fact that they leave burns behind depending on the durability. (See above for classification.)

Ohio Bomb - Sends out an 8 ratios shock-wave of darkness, hitting everything in its range similar to a hadou 88. Three posts cool down.

Ohio Blast - Shoots deadly arching bolts of ohio. Very similar to the sokatsui hado 33

Ohio Strike - A long ranged attack where he shoots an enormous amount of Ohio at the target in front of him. This move is also used to break down obstacles such as walls. Two posts to cool down. Very similar to the hado 63 raikoho

Vectors: a stronger form of the dark hands, he now has fourteen arms and reach about sixteen feet long; these can block cero’s, attributed bala’s/ceros and kidou up to 72. These arms are now strong enough to take on even the toughest hierro. They are now visible and with a mind of their own, seven are used for defense while the other seven are used for offense.

El Diablo: This technique is a combination of the swift kill and el puto diablo; by absorbing the reistu in the air, he is transformed into a more powerful form. In this form he is able to combine Ohio and his entire body, becoming a living breathing weapon as his hollow whole is now visible where his heart is supposed to be. This technique is known as el puto diablo (Which is also known as an extremely hot sauce), but it can only be used in this form; by teleporting (twelve times max) he is able to land one blow through a kick or a punch.

Black Dragon Wave: he is able to release multiple (three ta four) dragons (Equivalent to one cero oscura unlike the first dragon), which results in massive amounts of destruction, he appears to have gained better control over the dragon up to thirty feet, given how he can now actually control who the dragons attack; this is Hiei's most powerful attack since the dragon now has the effect of Ohio in it, however this ability is used as a last resort and would leave Hiei in a fatigue state for three post and also if the opponent is farther than the distance than he will lose control of the dragons. This ability requires six posts to cool down.

Back Drop:

Background:

Hiei was born of pure Arrancar decent; his mother was an arrancar whom was desperately in love with Atama whom was apparently not all there. After becoming pregnant with his child, she wanted to be with him forever. However, Atama did not feel the same way for her and so she kept the child a secret up until Atama had suddenly disappeared leaving, but a necklace behind which was given to Hiei. Because of this, his mother was very hurt and very resentful; she was also looked down upon for having a child with no husband. Since he wasn't supposed to exist he is known as el nino del pecado. His mother never harmed Hiei, but nor could she stand being around him. He was reminded her of his father in every way, it was killing her. After time Hiei over herd her speaking with her friend, she confessed how she wished that Hiei was never born. Devastated that he was the cause of her suffering, Hiei ran away from home. After surviving on his own in the ruins of las noches, he was found and raised by a gang of bandits, but it didn't last long. After realizing the value of his father’s necklace, he wore the Stone in full view of everyone, hoping to attract enemies to kill. As he grew older, he killed mostly for fun, causing those that survived to greatly fear and reject him. After he was rejected, he continued to wear his stone in full view, yet gathered an attachment to it, as it gave him a sense of calmness and kinship. It brought him memories of his mother and made him wonder how she was doing. Nonetheless, he lost it when he fought another Arrancar, and he vowed to thenceforth search for it.

Later, Hiei received the third eye implant from a strange Arrancar that was a chiropractor/surgeon, in return for telling him the story of his life up to that point in time. Though warned that the surgery would drain Hiei of all his (former) strength and that it would be incredibly painful, Hiei undertook it anyway. Afterword’s, he chose to accept the Arrancar's lessons in the art of swordsmanship in order to survive. He did so because his power level was reduced to that of a lower class Arrancar. During his stay and training with the Arrancar surgeon, Hiei decided to use his implant to find his Mother once again and the special jewel that he had lost in a battle with another Arrancar, the very same one his mother gave him before she died. He set out on his journey and thanks to the newly acquired third eye, found his way back to his home where he was originally born in a matter of days. Once there he found his mother’s friend that explained to him that his mother couldn't handle any more of the tragedies and had committed suicide. He also learned that he had a father, that was somewhere out there. On his way back to the Arrancar whom implanted his third eye, Hiei decides from then on to find his father and his precious necklace. So it was that upon his final departure from the Arrancar surgeon, he decided to pay him for his services as a swords-sensei. As payment for his teachings, the surgeon has Hiei swear an oath never to tell his father that he is his son, should their paths ever cross. Hiei accepts the terms, and states that he never planned on telling him anyway.

Hiei Joined the espada not long after as a fraccion towards Jeff Andrews whom he had lost in a death or fraccion match. The match was if he could survive ten minutes with the beast he could become his fraccion. Hiei lost miserable, but outlasted the ten minutes; he despised being told what to do and especially being forced to serve the espada. It was not until after fighting Beroli’m that he decided that he was going to push past his limits and become something more than a follower. After the strange disappearance of his master, Hiei left to train; during this time Hiei had met many strange and powerful opponents whom in return broke his spirit, but made him stronger. After losing his sanity and breaking down towards a strange mysterious man (Whom was himself, but he did not know that at the time) Hiei began to see the difference between pure blooded arrancars and natural arrancars. Feeling as though his eyes were now open to see the world for what it truly is Hiei returns faithfully back to Grands as taking his place as the seventh espada and also being the first arrancar to achieve ressurreccion segunda at his level (Which was 1-5 at the time); though even with his position he still felt a sense of nothingness. Leaving hueco mundo for the first time; he encountered a beautiful sinner which almost killed him and succeeded to kiss him in his second resurreccion form. He states that he still feels nothing for the women, but he still keeps her mask. It was there when he met his fraccion whom saved his life. Despite their differences; Hiei really does care for his fraccion often looking up to her as a mother figure rather than looking down at her as a servant or an underling.

It wasn’t long after when Grand left and Arngrim took over; Hiei was definitely not happy with this and so he left again towards the world of the living in order to rethink things straight. Hiei despised Arngrim and was deception with Grand for leaving; he didn’t know how he was going to follow a leader he didn’t think was fit for the job. It was around that time he met Gauge a bounto of all things who taunt him a lesson about where he stood in the food chain and most importantly about strength. It was a much needed lesson that helped the arrancar get his head back in order. Finding no point in arguing with Arngrim; Hiei sets his own goals to finding his purpose in the world good or bad…

2. Being my first character, I had to make changes to his profile due to the fact that this was my first rp site and I messed him up miserably. lol

Blood slowly dripped upon the once white sand, sickening screams filled the air as the blade came down across the scared Arrancar killing him the process. “Ch, how pathetic...” Hiei commented as he swiftly put away his weapon. The winds blew throwing sand in the air as Hiei continued on his way through the desert; he paused as he felt a strong spiritual pressure coming his way. By using sonido he quickly dodged the inedible blow. The sand exploded as the cero made contact with it, sand blew in the air as the supposedly dead arrancar grinned as Hiei looked at him furiously. “You honestly think you can kill me?” The Arrancar cackled as he was now in his resurrection form.

He looked like a huge hollow-like gorilla; Hiei looked at this new form and grinned slightly showing off his fangs and seeming very interested. “How amusing, can you do tricks as well?” Hiei asked not feeling at all intimidated. The Arrancar did not seem pleased at Hiei's response. “Your die you arrogant bastard!” he screamed as he launched a huge cero from his mouth directly at Hiei. Hiei stood there letting him get a clear shot and for an instant he looked like he took the blow. The arrancar laughed like a mad man as the mist cleared showing nothing left, he barely noticed the black haired boy standing on his thick oversized back. “You’re too slow.” Hiei commented taking the arrancar by surprise. The arrancar eyes widened in shock as his jaws dropped to speak, but before any sound could have been spoken from the gorilla; a sword was plunged in the back of its head, killing the arrancar for sure this time. The large body slowly fell on its knees and then on the floor granting Hiei access to used his body as a staircase to the white sand. Once he was off his body Hiei licked the blood of his katana, “Your pressure was weak. You should consider yourself lucky to have been my prey.” Hiei said to himself as he turned to leave.
