Settling Lingering Issues

Kai had was still dealing with the political part of Serena. He had...fewer supporters than he thought he would, but at the same time, had fewer against him then expected. He had another issue to deal with, however. He had called in Alistair.

"Mornin. I got a plane for you to go to a little town in Kansas. It's called Pleasanton. Nick is there. I hope he has access to communicating with his Sinner master. If so...do what you can to trade him with the Sinner we have. She already have a special seal on her powers that'll disappear when she enters Hell. We'll escort her to outside the city for a minion to take her, just call us. If he doesn't, I'll leave the situation to your best judgement. Please settle it this time, one way or another."

~8 hours later~

Nick was eating at a local pub. Wolfing down whatever was set in front of him. He suddenly stopped and looked to the entrance to see a familiar face. Glaring, he watched as the man came to him. "I'm still eating and I'm in no mood to fight. What do you want?"

Alistair listened to Kai's plan and nodded. "Atleast thats one thing off our plate. You might of sealed her powers but damn her telepathy is annoying. Every time I go to check on Serena that sinner starts rooting around in my brain, dredging up memories." Alistair shivered. At least she couldn't use her telekinesis. That would have made keeping her captive a serious issue.

Alistair sighed. "Despite that I'd rather not release her, but if it means there's a chance of saving Nick before he goes to far I'll take it. Atleast he'd considerer joining our side." He said. Alistair headed for the door. "Take care."

~8 hours later.~

Alistair Brushed his hair from his face and walked into the bar. He could smell werewolf all over the town, but so far no deaths. He'd keep it that way. He walked into the bar, and approached Nick, keeping eye contact. He sat down across from the boy. "Good, keep eating, I want to talk, not fight." He said. "The coalition has a proposal for your sinner master. However before you summon her, I want you to consider joining me." He said.

"Kai wants you for Anna. I don't think your 'alpha' cares what happens to you if it means getting Anna back. Thats the proposal though. However I'll give you this offer. Join me of your own will, and I will train you to be a true wolf. I will show you things few wolves can do. I can even teach you to access alpha abilities. You might not know it, but you were born to lead. Your powers are dormant though, and there's not a wolf on earth besides me who can show you how to use them." He said.

"Of course there are certain tendancies I'll have to teach you to resist. If you keep killing, the coalition wont have a choice but to put you down. Consider that offer carefully, I'll only give it once. If you don't want it, go ahead and summon Helena." He said.


Anna sat in the centre of her cell, eyes closed, brown hair framing her face. Her arms were trapped locked within thick steel manacles that trapped her hands, chains wrapped around her body tightly, binding her arms. She could stand, but short chains and manacles stopped her legs moving to much. They didn't want her escaping. They were aware she didn't need her telekenisis to kick through the door.She could try if she wanted to, but she chose not to. She'd sat in the centre of her cell, eyes closed for the duration of her imprisonment. They didn't feed her, she didn't need to eat, or sleep, or use the toilet. She was dead after, starving her wouldn't kill her or even harm her.

She felt someone enter the hallway outside her reinforced steel room, and reached out for their mind. Oh, they had blocked most of her powers but she still have Telepathy. Is that you, wolf man? She asked, projecting a smile. Back to talk with your robot friend? I feel insulted, you never come to talk to me anymore.

Nick listened as he continued eating a rare steak. The hunters he'd gotten a hold of and killed had a lot of cash on them. At least that was in self defense. He snorted at the offer. "I have...a fascination/unhealthy obsession with blood. Surely you've confiscated my files, so you know I have issues, that being one of them. To be fair, I haven't killed in two weeks and that was in self-defense. Legitly, I might add. You haven't proven anything to me. I have no reason to take you up on that offer. If she really doesn't care about me...she'll trade."

The boy flinched at that sentence. Surely she wouldn't...right? "Let me get done eating and then we'll see. It wouldn't do to cause a panic in a pub, so let's wait with getting her. The hunters I got carried a quite a bit of cash, so please eat something if you're hungry, I'll pay." He sounded bitter, but was being civil.

After they were done, the purple-grey haired boy led them to an abandoned parking lot. Taking out the sphere that he had swallowed back at Amarius's Tower, he tried to call her attention and get her here.

Alex smiled at the door as he opened it. "As you can tell, I am not Alistair. He's out on mission right now. With luck, you'll be let go. But first, I'd like to analyze your spiritual pressure among other things. Since I haven't had the opportunity. Don't worry, no harm will come to you." Two others entered the room and hoisted her up, putting her into a capsule that closed shut.

They wheeled her to his lab, a few floors down. And put her into a new capsule. With the device closed shut, he started it up. Even her mostrous strength wasn't going to get her out of it. As he was scanning her...his eyes furrowed. With some typing he took a closer look.

He didn't know exactly what he was looking at...but it certainly what he was expecting. The green haired bounto hoped he had time for a more indepth scan...

"I'm aware, but your also only 15 years old. You can be saved." He grunted. He took Nick up on his offer and ordered himself a rare steak, tearing into it, eyes glowing slightly red. When they were done, they headed out into town and found a quite place. Nick used the orb to summon the sinner.

Nothing happened instantly. Infact, a few minutes passed, before the was a crack and a hell gate ripped open. A silver haired woman stepped out. She was wearing a long black dress that washed out her skin and made her eyes stand out bright purple. She sauntered forward and smiled, gently patting Nick on the shoulder. She showed no outward hostility towards Alistair, but he could smell it off her. This set his inner wolf on edge. His lip curled slightly into a snarl before he drove back the instinct to attack.

"Nick, what seems to be the problem?" Helena asked the boy. She was all smiles and concern. Alistair let him explain, standing away from both of them, fists clenched.


Oh, your the scientist. Bounto, right. She spoke only to him as his goons lifted her up, and a sword burst through the metal covering her hand, she moved, the blade came to a stop inches from the man's throat, but she couldn't reach. He nearly dropped her in his panic and she laughed inside all their heads as the weapon vanished. That might also be why she was chained up, They couldn't figure out how to get her weapons from her.

They put her in something as her blood dripped on the floor. She'd crushed her hand partially doing that, and split the skin. But it was nice to keep them on their toes. She didn't open her eyes. She used their eyes to see. They began to wheel her out and towards his lab. I'm being released? That seems unlikely. I pissed off my mother when you caught me. She has no intention of looking for my freedom right now. She sounded very bitter. She'd honestly expected Helena to do something much sooner but she'd done nothing to help Anna.

She was transfered into another capsule, and she read Alexander's surface thoughts. Break out? She didn't feel like trying. The chains made it very difficult anyway. He activated the machine, and she sensed confusing. What, what is it? Tell me. I'll find out anyway. Unless you want to go put on a tinfoil hat. She laughed. As if that would really work.

Nick merely shrugged and continued. When his alpha came and asked, he spoke. "Apparently they're sick of holding onto Anna. But they want something in return. Me." He let things happen from there on. He didn't expect Helena to agree to anything. Somewhere in the back of his mind though, was a whisper of doubt. That he was...unwanted...

"Maybe, maybe not." He responded to her first little quip. Then he heard her again and he cracked a grin. "You know...if that's how you're normally are, I could get along with you based on your sense of humor. Truthfully, I have no idea what I'm looking at...yet." Upon further observation...it almost appeared like...a shinigami inside a gigai. But clearly this wasn't a shinigami or gigai.

The scientist changed several settings to get a better look and a better analysis. It was...very odd...

Helena looked at Alistair. "Nick is mine. You can't have him." She said. Besides, she didn't really believe they would give Anna back. Not without a real bargaining chip. "Nick, you know I love you and Anna. I wont give up one of you for the other, even if you wanted to go. However, we have a way of getting her back, and he's right in front of us." Helena started to transform, taking her normal form, with large razor edged wings, her eyes glowing bright.

Alistair stepped back, growling. "Honorless bitch. I'll rip your throat out." The two lunged at each other, Helena's claws lashing out and ripping along alistair's arm as it transformed. The claws tore into his upper arm as his own claws sank into the demon's shoulder. He spun, and threw her into the side of a building with a loud crack, and lunged after her.


You'll find I'm actually very pleasant to be around. Let me out, you'll see. She said. Her blood dripped into the bottom of the device. It was times like these she wished she had corrosive blood like her mother. She listened to his thoughts as he continued his experiments but it didn't make much sense  to her either. She was born a sinner. She had a mother, a father who'd vanished, again. She wasn't a shinigami. I think your machine is broken, because I know what I am, and I'm not a shinigami. Even if I had been I'd be bound to hell anyway or am I wrong.

Nick grinned, but stayed out of it. "This is a fight between alphas...I'll go with whoever wins..." He lept up onto a tree to watch. He knew this would happen. Having fought both before, he had more confidence that Helena would win. So he just stayed put and watched. It ought to be interesting anyway.

"And have you make attempts on the lives of everyone here? Even without your powers, it would take at least me to stop you physically. If you'd proven to be more civil, you might be without the chains wrapped around you so tightly. It isn't broken...you read my thoughts wrong. It's similar to a shinigami in a gigai. A gigai is a fake body for an injured shinigami to use when recovering here in the human realm. Also used for blending in when they don't want to be known and such. Not much use in today's day and age, but still used on occasion. Is something injuring you?"

He asked, noticing blood. That...wasn't supposed to happen. He let out medical nanites that healed the damage done. They were still somewhat experimental, and a step to maybe countering that one android's nanites. Anyway..."From what I can tell, your body is synthetic, but born from Hell. Your soul on the other hand...not so much. Do you have an answer for that?"

Alistair lunged after Helena and spikes of crystal shot out of the ground, one hitting him in the shoulder, keeping him back. He smashed a fist through the long spear of crystal and ripped it free as the Sinner pulled herself from the wall. She formed a bow of crystal and blood and shot an arrow at the wolf, who smashed it aside. A red spear formed in his hand and he cut himself, then threw it upwards as he dodged another arrow.

Helena rushed at him firing an arrow of blood that hit him in the arm, corroding his flesh. He let out a growl and brought his hand down, and a lightning bolt crashed down beside Helena forcing her to the side. Another stuck her directly and she screamed as she was sent flying. Alistair went tearing after her, hopping over the spikes of crystal. Predictable. The sinner looked up him a hissed as he landed infront of her and slashed at her face. She dodged and they exchanged a rapid flurry of slashes, leaving cuts and grazes all over each other.

Alistair swung and Helena ducked, her foot coming up as she spun and kicked him in the arm with a bladed foot. Alistair caught her leg and swung her up and over and back down into the ground. Crystal shot up around her as she hit the floor, spikes jabbing into the Alpha. He held tight to her foot, and swung her again, letting her fly off into a tree with so much force she snapped it in half and continued. She got back up though. Beat and bloody she formed a hammer of blood crystal, and dashed at Alistair.

The werewolf met her head on. He blocked the hammer and slashed across her ribs, leaving deep gashes across her abdoment. Bleeding profusely Helena back stepped and launched up cero powered ball of blood directly into Alistair's face. The werewolf screamed in pain as he staggered back, and seeing her opening she darted behind him and slammed the hammer into his back with such force she shattered the handle, and Alistair bounced across the ground. He tried to rise, but she'd broken his spine. The wolf passed out.

Helena sighed and looked at Nick, dropping the handle of her hammer. "I've wanted to do that for weeks, stupid mutt. I think I over did it though, he'll recover right?" She asked. Already he seemed to be healing. She needed him alive, but unconscious. She healed his spine right then and there, it would be no use if he couldn't stand later. "Nick be a dear and grab him. I'm exhausted."


Well I suppose you have a point. Can't say I liked being locked up, though. She said. I know what a Gigai is, and no I'm fine I crushed my hand playing around. She said. She noticed the nanites. They tried to enter her body but her hellbugs destroyed any that got close. They managed to close the wound though. She listened to his explanation.

Anna opened her eyes. They were deep red and filled with disbelief and anger. Your lying. I was born in hell. You've met my mother. She said. She didn't trust or believe him. Her mother wouldn't lie to her... Would she? She let herself calm slightly. Lets just say I believe you... Why would my soul be inside a hell bound body? Why wouldnt I just be bound to hell as a soul?

"He should. He has better healing than I do." He went and picked up the man as she ordered and followed her...

"Does anyone like being locked up?" He had to make that point. No one likes it, but sometimes, it's necessary. It's good that she knew what it was. He didn't know about the bots in her body though. Which further proved his data correct.

She snapped at him, making the teal eyed man look at her with a raised eyebrow. She soon calmed down, posing a question. But first, he responded to the first inquiry. "People lie. Data does not. Interpretations of said data can vary from person to person. How do you interpret this data, when compared to a shinigami in a gigai?" He manipulated a hologram to show her the two sets, side by side. Which were eerily similar.

"That...is a very good question and one that I do not know. We don't know the criteria of who goes to Hell and who goes to Soul Society. What is so heinous that they are sent to hell? What is misdeamoner enough that it doesn't constitutes that punishment? Does a lot of misdeamoners equal a very heinous act? We simply don't know enough and probably never will. It's not unheard of to bind souls to objects, though this is the first I've heard of binding a soul to a bound object.

I don't know your mother enough to know if she's the type that doesn't lie or anything. Even the worst of people may have a redeeming quality or two. From what little we know of Hell, spend enough time in there, and yes, you can be bound to it. But would it apply to a situation like this? I simply don't know. As much as I would like to test that by transfering your soul to something else, I don't want to risk hurting you."

It was then that Jun popped in. "We have a situation! Alistair was beaten by that bitch!" Or at least that was what he believed judging from the readings from the TERC. And the movements.

Helena opened a hellgate and led nick through. She stopped long enough to suppress her appearance, making her human again, and then went back through another gate, arriving in a suburban area outside new york. Looking at her dress, she realised it was little more than a torn rag now, blood soaked. Walking around in it would draw to much attention, so she led nick into a nearly house where she spotted a woman in the window. She killed her, and the other occupants, then started rooting through the woman's wardrope until she found a replacement. The wounds covering her body had scabbed over, but she was bruised and beaten. That had not been an easy fight, as short as it had been.

Now dressed, she went to the phone and rang the coalition. "Put me through to your leader. I have his pet wolf. Alistair, if your wondering. Don't try my patience, I will kill him." The woman obliged quickly and she heard Kai pick up. "I was told you wanted to negotiate, except I don't do trades I lose out on. But I have your wolf. I think now we can negotiate.."


She went very quiet, her eyes watching him carefully. He showed her the data. She understood everything she was seeing. She didn't know how, but she did. I am not a sinner... She said... But she had a mother. She'd had a life in hell... But when she thought about it, she realised she didn't remember that life, because of her accident.. But what had that accident been.. She'd never been told...

There was no accident, It was all a fabrication. Something flashed before her eyes, images of her, much older, with two young children. Her children. Another flash of memory, Helena standing over the bodies of her now adult children, smiling her wicked smile, blood dripping from her claws.

Anna let out a scream of pure rage, eyes flairing bright red. The metal of her container shook slightly, her powers straining to break the seal. If she still had her powers the room, the building would have been ripped appart. Breathing heavily she shouted. "I will kill her!" She slammed into the side of the container. "Let me out, Alexander! I'm going to rip that witch limb from limb!" The metal buckled, but held. She slammed off it again and again, but it didn't give.

Eventually she stopped, falling against the back of the container, breathing heavily. She had not calmed down at all, the anger bubbled under the surface, waiting to get free. And then Jun burst into the room. Something was wrong, but she only heard half of it. She'd gone back to the memories of her two children, their bodies at her 'mother's' feet. She would have revenge.

"Give us an hour. We'll see what we can do." Kai already had Jun tell Alex. It was his turn to go down to him. When he got there five minutes later, he saw that their prisoner was pissed and looked questioning at the scientist.

"Suppressed memories must have shown up when I let her see the interesting data I got of her. Helena must have did more than just lied."

Looking at her, Kai spoke. "She can't be permanently killed. Most we can do is permentantly seal her up. If you want revenge...you'll wait to attack until I have Caleb undo the seal when the trade is done. You're welcome to stay with us after, or go to Hell and keep her away from Earth. Or any other option. I'll let you decide during the fight. Let's go. Caleb, Jun, and I will take her to them."

They took her to a car, with Caleb there to drive, and headed out. When they got there, Nick growled menacingly at the blond, who had a shotgun at his hip. Jun merely grinned at him. Kai and Caleb got Anna out and stood her with them.

"Here she is. We'll unbind her if you toss him about midway between us. Then we'll let her walk to you. Her powers are sealed right now, but that'll disengage upon entering Hell." Kai could just use mass spells to seperate them from Alistair.

If she did exactly that, Kai would undo the binds and let her walk. Jun gulped, as did Caleb. When she was at Helena's side...Caleb undid the seal. Kai immediately scooped Alistair up and left. Jun took out his shotgun and fired a slug at Nick, who promptly dodged it and charged...

"Don't wait to long. I don't joke around."


Soon after Jun came in Kai arrived. He noticed her temperment and alexander explained. "She killed my children.... My Rebecca and Andrew..." She said sadly. She listened to him, and snapped back a reply. "In hell, souls come back to endure torture for their sins. Eventually they can take no more, and crumble to dust. I will grind her soul to dust, so that the human world never suffers her again." Anna said. Her eyes furious. He mentioned the seal. She nodded. "Acceptable. If you unsealed my power now, it would tear this place to shreads."


They met in an open field, far from people. Helena stood with a partial concious Alistair infront of her, her finger nail's pressed against his throat. "No messing about or i'll rip his throat out." She said when they arrived. She seen anna and smiled. Finally, she'd gotten her back. The girl looked tired and worn, but ok. She pushed the wolf forward and he stumbled, but made it half way. Crystal spikes rose up around helena, but they unchained Anna, and the spikes fell to the ground. The girl walked to her.

Helena held out her arms and hugged Anna. Grabbing her by the shoulders she looked at her daughters face. Her eyes were closed, face calm. Anna opened them. Her eyes were filled with rage. "Anastasia..." Helena said lightly. "I'm sorry i-" She noticed a seal on her daughters neck. A second later, it vanished.

Helena was ripped into the air bodily by telekenetic forces and slammed into the ground. Those same energies would buffet Nick but somehow Anna had enough control to avoid Jun, barely. "You killed my family!" She roared as chunks of rock ripped from the earth and slammed down at the sinner who dodged them. "Anna no! It was-"

A rock the size of a truck slammed into Helena sending her flying. Next thing, She was coming back at Anna at top speed. The not-sinner threw out an assault barrier but Helena dodged around it, and dashed passed, slashing her across the arm. Anna spun after her, bringing around a hail of dirt up into Helena's face, blinding her. Anna used psionic leap to close the distance and grabbed her mother by the throat, slamming a fist towards her face. The sinner barely dodged and slashed Anna's arm, freeing herself. She leaped up and kicked the girl in the face, then dashed back.

"Anastasia calm down!" Helena shouted. "What ever it is you think you seen, your wrong! I would never do anything to hurt you, now stop this!" She ordered. Anna Jumped to her feet and tackled the sinner, rolling she caught Helena's leg and slammed her into the ground. Rocks barraged against her mother, deflected barely by chunks of crystal sent to counter them. Helena kicked with her free foot, catching Anna in the throat, then she caught her daughter's wrist and pulled herself up, back handing and slamming Anna into the ground at the same time.

Caleb closed his hands and backed off. But in addition, he supported Anna. He doubled her physical strength, speed, and durability with a spell. He was also giving her a bit of extra power to use. He wasn't much of a fighting mage, but a support mage. He wouldn't use his Dispel yet though...they were too close.

Nick was buffeted, but charged after the blond. Jun led the puppy away the duo. This was a long time coming. After a good amount of distance, the blond fired a scattershot. Nick was quick enough to put up a bone shield. "You're gonna have to-" Upon unshielding himself, the werewolf got a face full of knuckles.

The werewolf promptly got shot with several pellets. The younger teen fired some bone shards, only for Jun to dodge them, but allowed Nick to recover and close distance. He swung with a bone sword, expecting to meet a chain whip. Instead, he watched the shotgun change and an energy blade lined it. He got a kick the gut.

Jun fired again, Nick putting up a bone shield again. But it wasn't bullets...it was four boxs that went to his sides and electrocuted him. The teen fired one of his PPC shots after closing the distance. The werewolf did put up his bone shield for it. Only for it to go straight through it and get him in the chest.

The electrocution stopped, and the smaller teen fell back, clutching his chest. "Don't underestimate me, mutt." Jun had a smug grin on his face. Which soon disappeared as Nick seemed to have lost control and transformed. But it wasn't the black wolf that he knew...it was silver with bone armor on parts of him. It snarled and lunged at the boy...

Kai summoned his Sky Monolith, which then proceeded to assist Alistair in his healing with the Recovery Spell. "You ok?" It was possibly a stupid question to ask, but it needed to be asked.

Helena jumped back as Anna pushed herself to her feet, wiping blood from her face. "Your full of shit." She said and slammed a foot into the ground. Telekenetic force shot from beneath Helena lifting her into the sky. She struggled, and felt energy wrap around her wing tightly. Anna was smiling wickedly as she pulled at the wing, trying to rip it from bone. But then Helena cursed, and pulled something from a pocket.

She pressed down on it, and something happened Anna. She screamed, as if she were being torn appart from the inside. She dropped Helena who landed infront of her, smiling. "I warned you, Anastasia." She said. "You stupid bitch, did you think I wouldn't have a way of stopping you? I had that body built especially for you. I was prepared for something Like this. Yes, I killed your pitiful family. I killed you too." Anna was on her knees, finding it hard to stand. Helena kicked her in the face, knocking her onto her back.

"I'm sad that it's come to this. I really should have installed a bomb in that cage of yours, I could have ended things faster.." She said. Anna watched he form a spear of blood and crystal. Helena drew it back and thrust for the heart. Anna screamed in rage, forcing herself to roll aside. Each movement felt like it would kill her, but she found the strength thanks to the support mage's spell. She lunged to her feet, sword and shield appearing in her hands. Anna turned the spear aside and slashed at helena's arm, trying to cut the device from her hand. Her mother dodged and backed off.

Anna chased her with psionic leap, her speed much better than before. Helena trust where she would appear, and anna used phase leap to appear behind Helena. She chopped down on her arm but missed, so she threw her shield, slamming it into Helena's chest. Her sword followed, but Anna missed. Helena smirked and thrust her spear.

Anna blocked the weapon with the palm of her hand, it pierced through her hand and she twisted it aside. She caught Helena's arm, snapping her wrist, and then kicked her in the ribs so hard there was a loud crack. Anna fell and picked up the device, crushing it in her hand, but it didn't help. Breathing heavily she tried to stand. "I probably should have mentioned, your body is dying." Helena said smiling.

Meanwhile, Alistair was trying to sit up. "I've been better. Bitch broke my back. She can't win though. She barely survived our fight." He said, watching Anna fight. "I'm seeing that right? I know i took a few knocks to the head, but I'm not imagining that the sinner we've held captive these past few months is fighting on our side, right?"

"Alex discovered something about that body. When he showed her the data, suppressed memories awoke and she's on our side now...Helena killed her kids I guess. It appears that a new development happened over there, however...Jun and Nick are currently fighting." He updated Alistair a little bit. Kai got a call.

"Something is wrong with her powers! I don't know what happened, something like that isn't a good sign. I'm bringing an empty android shell and a side project in case of something like this."

Kai yelled. "Caleb! Her powers are going AWOL!"

"Roger." Smirking, the man did three spells. The first linked their minds, temporarily, but the link was solid. The second allowed him access to control it, or at least assist in it, like a ground. The third inserted controls so that backfeed loops of power doesn't harm either party. We're linked. I can help you insert control over your powers. Use the link to assist me in helping! I'm not the best damn support mage in the world for nothing!

Her power would start evening out, more easily controlled by her.

Jun rested on his back against a tree. Xina was a good hundred yards away from him, but had a very snarly, drooly werewolf with no qualms in killing him between them. He could barely make him out in the flickering shadows of the flames around them. The boy's chain whips were at his sides. He was hurt too. His right shoulder had been completely punctured by a bone spike, and he had cuts all over. He was focused too.

There was one thing left to do...and he did not like it...

Kai watched the happenings with Alistair when he felt an explosion of power. Suddenly, a silver-ish werewolf was in front of them, bone plates around certain parts of his wrist. It got up and stabbed forward at an incoming Jun, who had disappeared.

The creature was sent skyward with a double kick to the face. And then sent crashing down, creating a very large crater and causing shockwaves. Jun landed on top of the car if no one caught him...out cold and back to normal. The werewolf turned back to a naked Nick. The boy's eyes were whited out, as if killed, but he was still breathing...still alive despite the amount of blood he was loosing.

He had a fist shaped hole just below where the rib cage ended. The area around it was torn away as well. He was a mess...

Anna felt someone touch her mind. Thank you. She said, as he began to help her. She realised part of what was hurting her was that her powers were out of control but on a much smaller scale. She was killing herself. Helena had rigged this body to kill her with her own telekenisis, but now that it was being controlled somewhat, she could actually move. However, she didn't act right away.

"You wont be going back to hell dear. I severed your connection to that body. It'll end up an empty shell, and your soul will break apart. You wont even make it to being a shinigami." She said, walking forward. She placed the tip of her spear at Anna's throat, lifting her chin up, forcing her to look into Helena's eyes. Anna smiled. "Right where I want you." She said. The spear was wrenched aside by Anna's power as she rose to her feet, calling back her sword. Helena raised her arm to slash for her through, but the blade cut clean through it, dropping the limb to the ground.

Anna caught the sword and drove it forward into Helena's throat, and grabbed the crystal spear, then drove that through her heart for good messure. She'd seen Helena survive having her throat ripped out before, and continue to fight for an hour after. She wasn't taking any chances. Helena stumbled back gurgling, and hell gate ripped open, a spear shot out and speared the sinner, a thick chain dragging her back into hell.

Anna collapsed. She was starting to pass out, and if she did her powers might go out of control. Calab... Seal my powers quickly.... She managed to get out before she fell unconcious.


Alistair listened and nodded. Allot of things happened very fast, but he spotted the moment Anna killed Helena, and then Jun and Nick appeared. And then disappeared. Alistair dashed for Jun first, despite his injures he moved fast enough to snatch him from the air, but he fell over, landing on his back. Nick hit the ground a few feet away, beaten and broken. He got to his feet and handed Jun to Kai, "Here, take him I'm going to help the pup if I can. I can save him kai. IF not, maybe he'll fall under Anna now, she did just kill his alpha.." then he ran for Nick. "Damn pup I feel bad for you." He said sliding to s stop and dropping to his knee's next to the boy.

Damnit, but Jun had done a number on him. Alistair put a hand on his chest and added his own healing to Nicks, healing him before the boy bled out. Alpha healing, it had saved many of his pack members before. Nick would be safe from dying soon enough, but if he woke up he probably wouldn't be able to move yet. He wouldn't have the energy.

Caleb rushed to meet her demand. He could feel it happening! He didn't explain as he connected to Kai and borrowed his power. By the end of it, it was done, and he was exhausted. Only then did he explain.

The man took Jun. Looking at the damaged werewolf, he whistled. His monolith started healing Nick as well...he was by far worse for wear. "I think Jun combined his last resort, his strongest attack in said last resort, and the highest tier of his martial arts into a single attack. Still...didn't you think something was off about this? Nick transformed into a black werewolf before, didn't he? What was that silver-ish one with the bone plates?" It was a good question. If Alistair didn't know it, he may have to defer to Yuri and/or Angel.

Alex showed up just then, jumping out and heading to Anna. He was glad Caleb reapplied the seal. He really hoped not to have to use the android shell...it was designed specifically to stabilize a soul and keep its power under control. Or in an extreme case, transfer a strong soul from a dying body. He felt more comfortable doing that in his lab, and seal would bide time.

He took her first to his lab and did exactly that. Then it was a wait and see. He treated Jun right after in the same room, then gave him a room. If Alistair let him, he'll finish treating Nick's injuries as well...

~The Next Day~

Jun had called Alistair over via a nurse. His body was sore as all hell and he could barely talk let alone a finger. He would explain what had lead to the new...transformation. "If I had to compare to something, I'd say a Segunda Etapa or a Hyper Mode...have you heard of something like this happening?"

Alistair nodded. He'd seen it before, not Nicks one. "In most cases, a transformed werewolf will be about as strong as I am in my semi transformed state, which is an alpha ability. Most Alpha would only need that to sort out pack members who get out of hand. Alpha Full werewolf states are the most powerful of our kind's transformations. What Nick did, I've only seen happen once before, a long time ago.

That werewolf was powerful enough to rip off his alpha's head, and give me a hell of a beating before I killed him. Essentially, that second transformation makes the were as strong as an alpha, but how It develops I've no idea. It might be from dormant Alpha powers. Nick could have been an alpha, but now that I know he can do this, I'm not so sure its possible. Either way he is currently a very unique, powerful werewolf. And dangerous." They headed back. Alistair let Alexander take custody of Nick, and went into his office, where he fell asleep under his desk in his wolf form.


Alistair limped into Jun's room and sat down beside him. He offered the boy a hand. "You look terrible. I can help you heal some if you like?" he said. Then he nodded, and explained to jun what he'd told Kai the day before. "You are a very lucky boy. And extremely powerful." He said with a grin. "Considering what happened last time I encountered something like Nick." He said.


Anna woke with a start. She was in a room with plain white walls and a soft bed. Looking around, she thought she was back in a cell, but when she stood up, she realised there was no metal door blocking her from leaving. She wore a hospital gown, and as she looked at her hands she realised They were not her hands. Confused she crossed the room to a mirror and looked in it. A stranger stared back at her... Oh right. Her body had died, Alexander must have transferred her soul to this. It was not her, but she would make do.

Anna headed for the door and walked out it. Looking around, the place seemed quiet. She started walking, passed a room with Alistair and Jun in it but didnt stop to talk, she kept going. She wanted to talk with Alexander. An orderly stopped her in the hell. "Miss you need to go back to your room." He said. She shuddered. Once upon a time, she'd killed humans without a second thought... She'd done horrible things, thinking she was a sinner, thinking she was fighting the real enemy.

"I need to see Alexander. You can show me to his lab, or I can get lost looking for it." The man sighed. "Ok, but if I get fired its your fault." He said and lead her to Alexander lab.

"I'll be fine...this is just the cost I pay. I'll be up and about tomorrow, though I'll still be sore." Jun declined the offer. The boy listened to the explaination, then rolled his eyes. His face lit up at the compliment though. "Cujo mark II...lovely. Looked like he couldn't control it...looked like he was resisting it when he changed. I threw everything at him, so there's that. Thanks for the compliment...if only my parents would acknowledge my strength...only my cousins really do...as annoying as they are, they are the best..."

As if on cue, the door busted open as two giggling college age girls came busting in. One with an overgrown black widow spider on her shoulder, which waved with one of its legs at him. Jun paled at the sight of them. "Hey Junny! Sup?! Oh, who is this hunk?" One of the girls said and waggled her eyebrows suggestively. The boy's face reddened.

"Ew! He's ancient and turns into a snarly overgrown dog! Save yourself, Alistair, go visit the puppy!" Jun's face showed disgust. Really, he kinda disliked his cousins now...

Alex turned around from his building a reiatsu generator when he felt two people come in. "Ah, you're awake! Good, how does that body feel? Any discomfort? This is the first time I've ever had to do that...fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you look at it. It was made with a similar situation to your's in mind, strong soul, but dying body..." He was curious about how it felt...

Nick woke with a start, and tore the gown he had on off. Looking down, he saw both scars. They were healed over, but weren't gone. To think there was a bullet type besides silver that could do that...and to think that blondie could do it too. He didn't know what to think on that. He was scared...and it showed on his face. Scared not only because he was clearly in the Coalition building, but also because of what happened...he'd never lost control like that before...

The five two boy pulled his knees up to him and hugged them. He was shaking unconrollably...

"Some wolves find it hard to even control their first form, it takes allot of practice and will power to not rip everyone around you to pieces, most alphas being an exception. Learning to control that form could take him years." Alistair looked at the two girls that came in. Jun made a comment and Alistair shot him a glare. "I am not ancient thank you very much. I haven't aged a day in 1400 years. As for the other part well its true, but atleast I can control myself." He said. He nodded in agreement. "I will do. Hopefully he's not up to an myschief, though I doubt he can move much better than you given the beating he took. Good day ladies." He said with a nod and walked out.


Anna nodded. "Everything seems fine. Its not me though. Its lighter. The other body, as much as i hate it, it was me. I also feel weaker. I think Helena enchanced my powers with it somehow. This one will do for now, but well.... I was hoping maybe you could make me a new one? Like my old body but less hellish and evil. In return I'll put it to use. Every time she comes to earth I'll track her down and kill her. Along with any sinners. I hate them all... I'd do it anyway but this helps you out too. And I owe you allot, the coalition but especially you Alexander." She said.

"You could have let me die. You didn't know if I'd just turn on you when I was finished with her, but you saved me. Calab helped, I'll pay him a visit later, but you moved my soul before I died. Thank you."


Alistair walked into Nick's room. The young werewolf was a wake, huddled in the corner. Alistair sighed and sat down across from him. "How are you feeling?" Alistair asked. "You look pretty spooked, did you know you could do that?"

"My dear, I was already thinking about that. I believe Kai is working on getting you a pardon, but you'll most likely have to serve community service in the form of helping us for a while, and doing exactly that would help us out, especially since we're preparing for something else. That body wasn't meant to be a permanent one anyway and isn't meant to put any strain on the soul. I'm not into robotics as much as two associates of mine...I'm sure they wouldn't mind assisting me in helping create a new body for you.

Anti-Sinner is your goal, but we'll see if we can't give you some other tricks in case a hollow, arrancar, or whatever we're preparing for cross your path. We'll come up with some designs and tricks and have you take a peek. We'll put it together once you find one you like. Or if you can't decide between a couple of them, we'll build them and then transfer your soul. Until it's official, however, you'll be needing an escort.

Kyle there is only an orderly...I would have Jun, but he's out of commission until tomorrow at the earliest. I'll see if I can't get someone. Caleb usually hangs out around Kai's office. Kyle? I'll tell Kai you're going up..." The man went back to work on his project.

Nick didn't move when the elder wolf came in. And he didn't answer the first question, but did answer the second by shaking his head no. A choked sob escaped him. The purple-grey haired boy scooted closer to the man, revealing they at least put pants on him. Nick noticed he was more than a little stiff, and his muscles were slow to respond. He stayed that way, hoping the man would hug him or something to calm him down. If he did, he'll talk sooner. If not, hopefully he'll stay by his side for an hour.

"Being trapped in your own mind isn't fun...watching blondie's power rapidly increase...watching Anna beat Helena...watching a fire and lightning dragon consumed fist with a bulky blondie slam into your body with everything he had...I've never lost control before...I'm not just scared because I'm in the Coalition building...I'm scared of myself!"

The last sentence was when his voice turned whiny, and he openly cried and huddled into himself more...or into Alistair if he scooted closer and put an around him or something to show some affection...

When the door knocked, Kai gave the people permission to enter. He had four other people in the room with him, one of which was Caleb. The silver haired man nodded at Anna. "I have a pardon for you to sign...in exchange for a full pardon of your crimes, you'll have to serve eight months of community service...in the form of being employed by us. I'll work with you as much as I can when it comes to assignment..."

He trailed off to let her do as she pleased. Whether it was thanking Caleb and signing the paper or not. He'd also assign a Bethany Abernach as her escort instead of having the orderly do it.

"A pardon? I'm surprised... I suppose I can't just walk away from the things i've done... I'll of course do it." She said. "I was hoping for something more natural. My old body was.. Well it was real. I could eat and drink and all that stuff, didn't need to but I could. Of course I can give up things like that I guess." She said. "I'll see you later then. Lead the way Kyle.."


Alistair could sense Emotion well, especially in a wolf. He sat next to Nick and pulled him into a hug, using his alpha influance to sooth the boy. He remembered the days he'd done this with his own kids. Nick reminded him to much of one of his sons to ever give up on him. He'd given up on his son, and in the end the boy had died because of him. He wouldn't do it again.

He let Nick talk, not interupting him. When he was done Alistair nodded. "You have nothing to fear from being here. No one's going to hurt you. I've felt that before, when i first changed. I was bitten, not born, and my first few changes I had no one to help me. It was terrifying. I eventually found a pack led by the same alpha who'd bitten me. He helped me learn. Ironically he was the one to figure out I was an alpha, and tried to kill me. At that point half the pack had fallen under me. We parted ways. My point is I wasn't always under control, but I learned. You can learn too, when we know more about what you're able to do, you'll be able to control it too." He said. He sat in silence for a while before continuing. "So.. Anna Killed Helena. Is she your Alpha now?"


Anna arrived at Kai's office and she was invited in. She listened to what he had to say and nodded. "I'm surprised honestly. Two days ago we were enemies. I didn't exactly know how you'd all react when I woke up." She said. "There's allot of information In my head I need to sort out still. I'm allowed leave the city right? I'd like to go visit my families graves... I guess I'd be visiting my own too... Not creepy at all.." She took the papers, read over them and signed them. There was no decision here, She'd take the 8 months of service and more if it meant undoing the bad she'd done.

"I'd like to thank you. I will redeem myself for the things i've done. I'd rather die in forced service than be let walk away free and clean. And I need to thank you too Calab. You saved my life yesterday, and stopped me hurting anyone else." She was smiling as she spoke, and though there was a noticable tinge of grief, she seemed genuinely happy.

"Revenge is a powerful thing. It was a bit of a gamble on my part, but from Jun's report during your fight, I had a feeling you were only misguided. After your service, you could always join us in full. But that's your decision. Beth will escort you anywhere you wish to go...she's your bodyguard and babysitter. We'll know where you are at all times anyway. Be careful." Kai nodded at her.

Caleb simply gave her a thumbs up and goofy grin. He was quite proud of himself on that.

Nick listened. It was an interesting story. He didn't know a mage could become a werewolf. It was sad in a way. Even if he was an alpha himself...he wasn't one to lead often. He shrugged at the question and cuddled. "I don't know...I suppose I could stick around awhile...work off a pardon of some kind...or something..." He mumbled.

This felt a lot more natural than with the sinner. He smelled it too...what she did to Anna. Maybe accepting Helena was a bad idea since the beginning. Whatever. It wasn't long when he fell asleep, clinging onto the larger wolf...
