Name: Takusan no Kaze bala (Many wind bullets)

Incantation: None
Description: In order to properly use this kidou, the user must channel chakra into both his mouth, and a point just above his finger tips, the pointing and middle fingers of both hands. He then brings the fingers up to his mouth, takes a deep breath, and starts letting out little puffs. The air, condensed by the rieatsu in the users mouth, then passes through the rieatsu over the users finger tips and is launched at the opponent, dealing concussive damage, with a fifty foot range, and random three foot spread. Each little wind bullet is equal to hadou number 4 in strength and together can cause significant damage. There are usually about thirty wind bullets in a go.
Who can use it: Garanzo made it for the thirteen court squads and thus will teach it to anyone. (No learning scene needed if you don't want)

Name: Kaze Kamsori Arashi (Wind razor storm)
Type: Hadou
Number: 20
Incantation: Steal from the clouds and come to my call, bind to my will andcut down my foes. Slice through stone and punch through steel, and let the force of wind be known.
Description: This is one of the few kidou that relies on an item to be cast properly. The user must first have a shuriken. He places the shuriken on his finger tip and takes a deep breath, infusing the air in his lungs with rieatsu, before gently blowing air out onto the shuriken with enough force to get it spinning. As it spins, the reiatsu infused air clings to the shuriken, keeping it spinning and extending the deadly blade of the weapon, usually to about two feet. Once thrown, the shuriken flies in a wild, erratic pattern that is hard to predict, but almost always makes it to the target (provided they are dumb enough to stand in one spot)
Who can use it: Created by Garanzo for the thirteen squads, he will teach it to anyone (without a learning scene if ya don't want one)

Name: Tenrai Osakebi (Thunder roar)
Type: Hadou
Number: 64
Incantation: None
Description: The user channels rieatsu into the palms of his hands, electrifies it, and then holds his hands on either side of his mouth, before taking a deep breath, infusing rieatsu with the air in his lungs, and then, for lack of a better term, roaring through his hands. The rieatsu in the air carries it further, while the electric rieatsu in the hands electrifies the air coming out, making a thirty foot long, ten foot wide, cone of electrical energy.

I would kinda like to see incantations for all of them, but I do not know if it actually necessary. Therefore if it is not necessary, approved.

Ah I see. Well, I asked Jun about it and he says that if you just want to put a length that the incantation roughly has to be, and just go on that when you're threading. What do you think?
