Description: Kurama's bell
Effect: Kurama use's a power limiter, to keep his power at a level of 2-1. Once removed, Kurama's true power is released. Kurama can not use Bankai when the limiter is active. The main reason for this item is to keep Kurama's power at a set level, which will allow him to stay as a vice captain.
Due to his crimes he has committed years ago and since he had not finished his punishment in hell; Kurama does not feel that he is worthy of a captain position and especially since his best friend who died for him had a dream to become captain. having a secret crush for his captain, circumstances would cut into the time he spends with him and therefore he would much rather prefer to stay as his vice captain instead of his equal.
