Description: While using the Incantation, the skies above blacken, and begin to send out random lightning strikes. The user must have his/her left arm pointing towards the sky. After the incantation is done, he/she swings their hand down, to point at the intended target. A large and powerful blast of lightning comes down from the sky, to attack the target.
Who can use it: It can be learned, but the originator is Yondaime Hinoishi. He has to teach it to people, for them to learn it.
