Personality: Yondaime is calm, collected, and highly perceptive. He appears to be respectful of those around him; he doesn't like freely speaking about others' pasts, and is a very nice person. Yondaime is a shrewd person, and is not a man who would do something without reason. He was very knowledgeable, and is well versed in the ways of Kido. He cares for his allies, and will never turn them down, in a time of need. However, on the flip side, he shows his enemies no mercy, willing to kill them, if the need arises. He is aware of his strengths, and isn't one to boast about his abilities.

Yondaime, being the Head of the Hinoishi Clan, had alot on his shoulders. although outwardly very excited, inside he is not sure about his future, or the future of his clan. He has yet to find a wife, and his advisers are saying that he needs one. However, in the end, Yondaime respects their opinions, but goes his own way in life. He tells them that he is way to young to settle down right now. He is actually terrified of being wedded to someone he doesn't like. He knows, that he will meet someone at some point, who he will choose. He just hates the idea of his choice being taken away from him.

Yondaime is a very good stealth fighter, and his calmness lends into this. Something has to be incredibly disturbing, or surprising to make him loose this demeanor. He is also a great field agent, working as well alone, as on a team. He is a natural leader, and will often take command of a situation, if no one else is capable. He also makes friends very easily.

Character Appearance

Height: 5'9"
Weight: 145 lbs
Physical Traits: Yondaime is a fairly tall, fair-skinned man who has bright blue-eyes and spiky blond hair, and jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face.
Clothing: While around the Seireitei, Yonadaime will wear the usual Shinigami uniform, but with his coat along with it, albeit a sleeveless version.
However, on his missions, he instead puts on a new attire. It consists of a full, blue, baggy jumpsuit, with a flak-jacket over that. His right leg is taped, with a small, blue pouch over the tape. He wears a short-sleeved long white coat over his normal attire, decorated by flames-like motifs on the edges and the Hinoishi clan symbol on his back, closed on the front by a thin orange rope.

Fighting Style

General Fighting Style: Yondaime is a speed oriented character, able to pull off feats that are borderline superhuman, without the use of Shunpo. He is also very versed in Kido, able to use them effectively in battle, without undoing his natural rythem. He is a sword specialist, but is also good with some thrown weapons, more-so the smaller ones. In any setting, Yondaime can hit a target 99 out of 100 times, with his small thrown weapons. He is also a natural leader, and can command troops, if no one else is present. His dangerous assassin skills also serve him sell, able to attack an opponents vital spots, in order to end a fight more quickly.

Zanpakuto & Kidou

Sealed Appearance: Yondaime's Zanpakuto, is a beautiful looking blade, with a blue and white hilt, and an ornate sheath, with a wing designed protrusion on the dull end of where the blade would be. the blades overall design is blue and white, hinting at his natural elemental properties. The blade itself has designs running down it, with three, small blue gems near the hilt.
Spirit’s Name: Kaminari Fowado (Lightning Striker)
Spirit’s Appearance: Kmainari Fowado is a young woman, with white, and black, long hair, which is kept over her right eye, and her eyes are purple. She wears a beautifully crafted kimono, and always has a white piece of wood with her. Spirit’s Personality: Beautiful ,and graceful, Kaminari Fowado acts very much like a noble, without the snobbish accents, to her personality. She is elegant, and is not prone to outbursts. She has sworn to help Yondaime when he needs it, more so than any other spirit.
Inner World: A very large, grassy field, leading to a very Japanese influenced mansion.

Spell #: 90 Spell Name: Kurohitsugi (Black Coffin)
Spell Information: Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.
Incantation: The endlessly oozing crest of corruption, the arrogant vessel of insanity, boil forth and deny, paralyze and flicker, Disrupt the Slumber! The creeping queen of iron, the eternally self-destructing doll of filth, unite! Reject! Fill with soil and know thy own weakness!

Shikai

Call Out Command: Strike my enemy, Kaminari Fowado
When released, Kaminari Fowado becomes wrapped in lighting. Depending on the amount of power he uses, the lightning will spread up Yondaime's arm. Otherwise, the blade stays the same.
Abilities:

Name: Lightning Rod
Effect: Yondaime makes a small lance like object in his hand, the size of a pencil. At the right time, Yondaime will throw this at an opponent. If it sticks, it will grapple to the opponent, for 3 posts. It can come off, but in order to do so, it will rip a chunk of skin off. While it is stuck to them, lightning attacks are drawn towards them, and do 15% more damage. It has a 3 post cool-down.

Name: Lightning Resistance
Effect: A passive ability, Yondaime is 25% Lightning Resistant, while in Shikai

Name: Criss-Cross
Effect: Creating lightning in both of his hands, Yondaime shoots them at an opponent. Each stays its own stream, criss-crossing over each other, until it gets near the opponent, becoming one blast. The blast is Cero Strength, but at least a half faster than a Cero. 1 post cool-down.

Name: Lightning Release
Effect: Yondaime charges lightning, giving off electrical bursts from his body. He then releases it all, in an outward burst, up to 15 feet around him. It is Gran Rey powered, and it does shock damage against anyone hit by it.
It has a 3 post cool-down.

Bankai

New Name: Kaminari Fowado Dainihan (Lightning Striker Second Version)
Appearance: Yondaime gains a black, sleeveless, tight fitting jumpsuit, a white piece of armor on his chest. He also gains a black, tattered scarf around his neck, reaching his feet.
Abilities:
He keeps his Shikai abilities, just powered up, except for Lightning Rod.

Name: Lightning Rod, V.2
Effect: The same as Shikai, but powered up. Lightning attacks now do 25% more damage than before. Yondaime can also fire a 10 shot volley at his opponent, but only 3 times. It has a 2 post cool-down, as a single attack, 4 post cool-down, as a volley.

Name: Lightning Armor V.2
Effect: He is now 35% resistant to Lightning based attacks, and also has 25% of the lightning absorbed into him, to power his own attacks.

Name: Lightning Trigger Shot
Effect: Yondaime points at an opponent, using his middle, and pointer. He then charges lightning into them, making them spark up. He then says "Fire". It fires up to 7 blasts of Lightning, all at once. All are at the power of a Cero. It has a 5 post cool-down

Name: Underground Lightning
Effect: By poking the ground, Yondaime can send lightning through it, and appear under an opponent. The blast would be Gran Rey Cero strength. It has a 3 post cool-down.

Toukai

Name: Kaminari Fowado Saishūhan (Lightning Striker Final Version)
New Appearance: Yondaime gains his spirits white hair, and it also spikes up, more than it used to. He loses his shirt, and gains white pants, with blue lines running among them. His boot are black, and have a knee-guard, made of of metal. He also has a black, cloth belt around his waist, the ends of which are tattered.
(Ignore the katana rifles. He doesn't use those. Get over it. >.>)
Abilities:

Name: Lightning Rod V.3
Effect: It now does 35% more Lightning damage, and he can now shoot up to 15 at once. 3 post cool-down, as one rod, 4 post cool-down as a barrage.

Name: Final Lightning Armor
Effect: The last Lightning Armor, it's resistance stays the same, but it now absorbs up to 35% of the lightning attacks against Yondaime.

Name: Light Shot.
Effect: Instead of Lightning, Yondaime shoots Light at on opponent. It is 50% more damaging to characters who use Darkness as their element, 35% if they are mixed. Everything else, it is Gran Rey powered. 4 post cool-down.

Name: Light Blades
Effect: Yondaime can make blades of light, up to 10 at once. He can send them at his opponent, but he can only move one per post. If hit, the blades not only pierce, but Yondaime then makes them explode, dealing a Cero's worth of damage. After all the blades are used, it has a 6 post cool-down.

Name: Blast of the Lightning/Light God
Effect: Yondaime's final attacks, he pools all of his energy into this, both his Light, and Lightning powers. He then fires it, in a huge concentrated blast. The blast is as powerful as 3 Cero Oscuras. It knocks him out of Toukai, and knocks him out, for the rest of the thread. If an opponent is hit by this, they are basically done as well. 1 thread limit, for obvious reasons.

Back Drop

Background: Yondaime was born into a small family, in a remote part of Japan. He grew up in a happy village though, and was always seen smiling. However, he would grow up, into an age of war. He soon enlisted, and fought in the wars, growing his skills in battle. He became good with a blade, and was very good at sneaking up on an enemy. As such, he soon hired to become a personal assassin, of a wealthy lord. He killed many people, and yet never told his family what he was doing, always keeping up a farce of a warrior. However, he would soon feel the sting of a blade, much like his own. While he was out one night, he felt a sharp pain in his chest. He looked down, only to see a wakazashi through his chest. His murderer was silent, yet gentle, not wanting to dishonor the new one among the dead. Everything went black for Yondaime then.

When he awoke, he was in a strange building. He was also a child. He was soon introduced to a man that would change his life. having no memory of his time on the Living world, he was adopted into the highly prestigious Hinoishi Clan. This man, now Yondaime's father, explained the last name, meaning "Will of Fire." Yondaime took that to heart, he also learned that he was the only heir to the family name. His "mother" had died years ago, without having any children. He was the sole heir now. Yondaime took this responsibility seriously, but he still had a childhood. In fact, he usually hung out with a boy around his age. Byakuya Kuchiki. They were good friends growing up, and they also trained together. Byakuya was one of the only people Yondaime could speak about his nervousness in becoming the Head of the Hinoishi Clan, as Byakuya was to become the Head of the Kuchiki clan. In time they grew apart, however they still kept ties with each other.

Yondaime entered the Shinigami Academy after a while, and was highly hailed for his mastery of the blade, and Kido. He was somewhat picked at though, for his care-free nature. He made alot of friends, however because of this "natural charisma" he had. He also was known as the "King of Pranks", able to pull a prank on just about anyone, including Byakuya. On his days off from the Academy, he would stroll through the Rukongai with Byakuya, and the two would talk of anything that crossed their minds.

Soon, Byakuya's Grandfather, Ginrei Kuchiki died, making Byakuya the 28th Head of the Kuchiki Clan. Yondaime went to the funeral, invited by Byakuya himself. It wasn't soon after, that Yondaime's own father died. This was one of the only days Yondaime could say he was depressed. However, Byakuya couldn't go back to the Academy. Yondaime didn't see his friend again, instead putting all of his efforts to his work. Then, one day, he was invited to Byakuya's wedding, which he gladly came to. However, he noticed that his old friend had changed, becoming more serious. Yondaime knew why this was, but didn't speak out about it. After the wedding, Yondaime went back to the Academy, and graduated. He stayed out of the Gotei for a bit, as he needed to rebuild his clan, after his return. 4 years later, he was shocked to hear that Hisana, Byakuya's wife, passed away. Wondering about his friend, but not willing to go, he silently gave a prayer for him, before returning to his duties. One year later, he heard that Byakuya had adopted a sister, Rukia Kuchiki. He wondered aloud what was happening. He soon was able to leave the family mansion, and went on special missions for the Gotei 13. He had already learned his Shikai, at this point, and a capable fighter. He also gained a nickname, because of his extensive use of lightning. "The Yellow Warrior", which was also because of his hair. He soon became accustomed to the Gotei 13's ways, and joined them, still living at his families home. He didn't get a seated position, and he really wasn't apart of a squad yet. That would change, in days to come.
